I don’t usually write reviews, but after using the LEVEL8 large chest suitcase for over two years—and putting it through more than 30 to 40 long trips across multiple countries and I had to come back and say: this thing is amazing. One word sums it up: immaculate. The design is sleek and stylish, yet incredibly spacious. It fits a surprising amount due to its unique shape. Plus, because it’s not super popular, it stands out in airports - I’ve honestly never seen another one like it, which makes it so easy to spot on the belt. Now let’s talk durability. I’ve rolled it across cobbled streets, tiled terminals, uneven footpaths, hotel lobbies, and rough terrain. It’s taken bumps, scrapes, and long hauls, and the wheels are still going strong. No shell cracks, no wobbles, just smooth rolling every time. But here’s where it truly blew me away: I’ve used this suitcase to move an entire house - no, literally. I moved across the street about 6-7 mins away and I’ve carried production equipment, PCs, ultrawide monitors, furniture, even large appliances on top of it, using it like a hand truck. The move alone must have been around 50-60 trips across streets and footpaths and it didn’t flinch. The structure held firm, the zippers and shell stayed intact, and it just kept going. For travel and even impromptu heavy-lifting jobs (which is definitely not an official use case), this suitcase has been an absolute workhorse and it still looks good doing it. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is hands down one of the best travel purchases I’ve ever made. Worth every pence and then some. Highly Recommended. Sturdy, Stylish, Plenty of Space, Excellent Wheels. I purchased the black option. I travel quite a bit and storage space is a major consideration. This case holds plenty. There are zipped separators on each side which are robust and whilst I never used these in previous cases I do with this case. They do a good job. The case itself is sturdy and even though I overpack there is no bulging or bending when I sit on it to close. The outside has not been marked or scratched from being in the hold of the plane. It looks good and stylish. Expensive and a cut above the rest. The wheels roll exceptionally and are silent. This adds to the style in the airport. However do be careful as it can roll away on you if you stop on an incline and are not paying attention.

Great quality, durable weekend / short trip away case. Lovely action and smoothness on the rollers. Lots of settings on the handle height - positive action on changing up and down. Slightly more expensive than other cases of this size, but if you want a tough case which looks great this is the one.

Bought the carry on 40l case in black. Road tested it on an extended 3-day trip. Train, quick dashes for multiple platform changes, cracked pavements, cobbled streets, puddles, and overhead carriage storage. Coped with all that was thrown in its way. The storage capacity is great; one of the key reasons for the purchase. The flexible shell is good, with just the right amount of give. The texture outer can help with scratch protection. I was rough with mine and it came back unscathed. Any gripes? As with all suitcases, you lose some space for the extended handle. The rubber trim has been mentioned elsewhere. It felt a bit clumsy. Mine was OK. The lock, although TSA approved, could have been finished in metal for a sturdier feel - especially on the dials. Plastic feels cheap. Overall, very happy. I'm sure you could spend half as much and get similar. But the refined styling is what you're paying for.

I have just received this travel case. The advertising is deceptive, hyped and dishonest. It is a very flimsy product at an extortionate price, given how inferior the case is. The material is of a soft plastic type, and you can easily press the top of the case inwards. It would not take much to damage the case, such as another case being put on top of this one. I am sending it back, and I am going to be £17.99 out of pocket, as this is the amount that they deduct from the purchase price, in order to send the item back. I now realise that there are much better and stronger cases at less than a 3rd of the price.

Very good suitcase so far, stylish and clearly made with quality. The inside is new to me as separated compartments but it works well, can't get quite as much in it as my similar size soft material suitcase, but it does the job. Survived my recent 2 flights. I really like the wheels and how smooth it is to push with no effort. If I had one criticism it would be its not the eaasiest to zip up as the zip sometimes catches, I wish the zip was a bit more heavy duty and better quality. Will see how it lasts as I travel. Overall its a good solid case.

This is a good case. It looks stylish and has some neat features that some cases don't have. For example it has devided mesh compartments for clothes and has super smooth handle and wheels. However I don't really think it is worth the almost £200 I paid for it. All the exterior plastic feels ok but I don't think it'll be as durable as it's claimed to be. Also looking at the inner lining reveals the handle is screwed directly to the plastic shell. if the handle gets damaged the interior plastic will likely get damaged too. Also inside the lining there are multiple places for the handle to be screwed to but only some of the screws are used. Overall I'd say this is a good stylish and functional case but I have doubts about how it will last long term. I don't really think it's worth the price. You'd probably be able to find a more durable case for cheaper but obviously won't be as stylish or have the features this one does.

Really nice size. Zips on both side of the interior makes everything secure inside. Comes with a cover for when storing. Feels robust and well made. Only first use today but have to say it rolls really well and feels good quality. We chose the line green one it’s a really nice colour too!

Awesome piece of luggage. I have traveled a looottt in my life, hundreds of airplanes, maybe thousands. I always traveled with a duffle, but recently decided to make the change and get a hard case carry on. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. All of my clothing arrives pressed and un wrinkled. The suitcase roles very well, almost effortless. Nice having locking zipper for security. Aesthetically, very clean and sleek design. Highly recommend

Level8 is well made, has great design, and almost rolls itself. I love mine so much I purchased two more sets as gifts for family.

Wow! The packaging of the suitcase alone needs its own 5 stars. I am impressed with how well the suitcase moves around on its wheels (so smooth and quiet). I am in sales and use it to showcase my products (high quality bathroom remodeling) and the 24 inch case fits everything. The suitcase is also very sturdy and feel tough. I just got the item today so haven't used it in the field yet. But I will be tomorrow. It looks sleek and professional and just can't wait to use it. Level8 has put a lot of thought into the design and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend this product!
