I bought this for bunion pain and swelling from gout. They work fantastic!!! About them after a boot I bought did not fit correctly. These fit like a glove. When I first go on they are very very cold, so beware. And I do cool down pretty much after 10 or 15 minutes, but that's okay. I actually sleep with them on and it seems to help the pain

The product is amazing quality. It feels good on my bunion without causing pain. Haven't tried it for heat yet but it works perfectly for cold pack support. I just wish it stayed colder longer but it is a good amount about 7 minutes of really cold and the it starts tapering down to warmer and warmer
