Why are there no sizes?

Seller needs to answer this - I see that small seems the only choice though their own chart shows variety of sizes. It is a quality robe and I love the hood (use it for hot tub so getting out with temps in the 20's good to cover head) but the length seems to run 'short'. Go plus 1 just to cover knees if you are in shape.

Does this have a new clothing, chemically smell?

No. Not at all. I was tempted to just put in on without washing it. I'm chemical sensitive, so I'd smell it! I love this robe so much I'd buy it for others. I have it on now.
