These wraps did not cause any discomfort and worked very well to keep touched area always hot.For back pain, they worked great, especially during the initial period when pain relief was needed the most. It is quite light so easy to forget you have them.Follow the directions if you want to use them regularly and avoid skin marks

Make sure you check the size before buying.They can help in a pinch but they don’t give off a lot of heat.

These things are absolutely amazing! I have crohn’s and sleep on a heating pad nightly. Was going on a cruise and they do not allow heating pads to be brought on the boat so I thought I would try these out. They worked wonderfully. I wrapped them around my body and the product stayed on all night providing the relief that was needed. Would most definitely purchase again just to have on hand and for future cruises. I would give them a 10!!

Works well, no complaints. The belt isn't wide enough unless you stretch and pull it together. If your waist is larger than 34 inches, you may need a larger size if available. This item gets pretty hot, so follow the instructions.

These really helped me when I was dealing with terrible lower back pain. I was able to wear them at work without anyone noticing and they provided a lot of relief with the heat. They were definitely worth the money and they last a long time. Very easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

For over 20 years I've struggled with lower back pain. I have been to so many "specialists" and spent tens of thousands of dollars over that time on treatments and procedures. No better. What a waste! Then about a year and a half ago my chiropractor suggested I try ThermaCare HeatWraps. For me, they worked wonders. They didn't fix my problem, but they at least gave me the ability to move around better and more confidently. Just having that constant warmth has really made a HUGE difference. So I've been buying/using these ever since. First I would just buy the 3-pack at local Walmart, but wanted to buy them in bigger quantities. So I started buying the 10-pack from the ThermaCare store on Amazon. They always came in a branded box that contained 10 individually-wrapped heatwraps. But this last time, I order two 10-packs along with a game and two 5 lb bags of bird seed, and they showed up loose and shrink-wrapped. I'm all for reducing waste, but this was a really bad way to ship them, especially just tossed in with over 10 lbs of bird seed bouncing around and squishing them. They appear to be okay, but if there is just even a small puncture or tear into any one of these heatwraps, it will "activate" them and they will be worthless. I won't know until I use them if any were damaged, but I think you get my concerns about how they were shipped this time. The product is an absolute 5-star. The packaging this time was a 1-star. And that is the reason for 3-star rating. Please don't ship them loose.
