Can’t count on Dexter knives for sharpness, durability and value. No need to spend more.

Great knives for the money
Great set of butchering knives. Now these are not USA made knives, but it is a set for under 50 bucks for 3 knives, so not surprised. These are still very high quality purpose knives, and insanely sharp. The breaking knife is pretty large, I have it on an open magnetic block and razor sharp, great for breaking down whole cuts into smaller steaks. The other 2 filet and boning style knife are both fantastic as well, use them more often for trimming up meats, each works great for what they are designed. I own several Dexter knives they are all phenomenal. I have several of the USA made ones and then these 3, they are very close in quality. You can find these 3 knives in USA made versions but you will be buying them separately and for about 3x the price. I normally would have returned them to buy the USA versions but they were so nice and cheap I just kept them.

Quality Knives at reasonalbe price!
They are Dexter Russells. Needed to replace ones that I lost that I have had for multiple years. Were extremely sharp out of the box, and they sharpen nicely when they need to be touched up. Definitely recommend these knives.

Absolutely Love These Knives!
I wanted something that would help me make it simpler to break down chicken and other meat products. It is true with what they say about using the right tool for the job. With these knives I was easily able to complete the process. My cuts were clean and not choppy, and the knife slid right through. The durable design allowed me to get a good grip on the handle and later toss it right into the dishwasher.
