I didn't have issues with the product when first received it. It was new and had never been used before or damaged like mentioned in some of the other reviews. This was a perfect size for my desk at work, the smell wasn't as strong as I would hope but everyone would compliment the smell when they walked by. My only issue is I bought this in late August and it stopped working. The light still turns on but that's it, I've tried everything and it just does not work anymore :( Disappointed in the product just for it's life span, but everything else was fine.

Just received this at my office, and it is working like a charm! It didn't have any lag time in diffusing at all. I have seen so many bad reviews on this one, so I will update if it gives me problems, but so far, so good!

Super cute and small. I have it in my office but it is a little louder than I expected. Still like it though!

The truth is, this product looks good at first glance but It needed more work before being out on the market. Due to the poorly written instructions, it was very difficult figuiring out how to get it to work and miraculously on the second day, when we were just about to return it, it began working on its its own. It worked well for the rest of the day then stopped working altogether. I was very disappointed and I'm sorry but would not recommend.

The directions said it takes 3 minutes for t to begin to fog, but it's been over 20 minutes and it hasn't. I followed the directions, but it's not working. Very disappointed.After 30 minutes, it began to fog. It's cute and is nice when it begins to work, but just takes too long to work.

Gave as a Secret Santa gift to a coworker. She loved it and set it up in her office. Can plug right into the USB port of your computer. Price is right to give a really nice gift that won’t break your pocket book.

This worked really well for the first week. One day, it just stopped turning on.

Such a pile of crap. Bought this for my mothers birthday. She has a large one that she loves so I figured this would be a nice bedside piece that she could add sleepy oils to but we didn’t even get that far. The lid barely fits onto the base, doesn’t have threaded area or anything for it to screw into and it doesn’t snap in at all or even sit snug to the base. The thing never put out any aroma what so ever and started to leak about half hour into use of the product. The on/off button was a joke as well, there was no give to the button so it felt like it was maybe a “touch screen” type button but it would only work when it wanted to. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Couldn’t even get my money back or return because we tried fixing it ourselves and ended up just throwing it out. Only got one star cause it wouldn’t let me go without.
