Excellent Supplement for nerve functioning

I'm sure that this is a great product for those who can tolerate it - hence the 4 star rating. I purchased it for BMS (burning mouth syndrome) and it worked great! Noticed improvement within 2 weeks. However... I also had a great deal of acid reflux with this, even though I ate it with food. Since I'm prone to acid reflux, this product and me were not a good match. Too bad - it's the most relief from BMS that I've ever had. Back to the drawing board.

I've used it for years because of nerve damage in my feet resulting from chemo therapy 18 years ago. It took about 6-8 weeks before I began to notice that the nerve pain had diminished in frequency and severity to a significant degree. It's not a magic bullet. I still have some pain from time to time but at a much reduced level. If you have such a problem check with your primary physician. If he/she is okay with your taking it , give it a try.

Used in combination with B6 for carpal tunnel. Worked great!!

I found this product helpful. Best taken in the morning, either 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after. Avoid taking it at night as it may affect sleep.
