My cat seems to love the taste!
My senior cat had some massive issues going on that gave him diarrhea & he required a diet change. I seem to have figured out that grains or carrageenan were the cause & by eliminating it, his diarrhea went away. BUT he was left in very poor shape. As it turns out, many cats with IBD issues seem to have a hard time absorbing B12, so I thought I’d give this a shot. Some people say they need to have the dose by needle, but my research suggests they just need a daily oral dose & that it needs to build up in their system, so no skipping days.Research said it takes 8 weeks to build up & become effective but just under a week in & I swear I’m seeing improvement in his energy & temperament. I have also noticed that his poops are even better & actually smell less. My guess is that he wasn’t breaking his food down correctly & not getting his needed vitamins. B12 was probably being urinated out.I promise to come back and update about its effectiveness, as I know we all love our cats & sharing info helps. I didn’t experience an issue with the dropper like some reviews stated. It’s a big bottle, so overall it’s not expensive when you break down the daily cost.He does seem to love the taste! It smells like bacon & I just mush it right into his wet food and he gobbles it up. You can’t really go wrong with B12, because they’ll just pee out any excess, so it’s a safe try!

Kitty Approved
Seems to work well. I used this to replace costly and uncomfortable B12 injections she was placed on due to IBD. I mix it with her wet food and she laps it up without complaint. Her energy level seems a bit higher with B12.

B12 helped my cat eat again
My cat had FIP and during her treatment she was ravenous. Then when she was off the meds, her eating slowly stopped to the point I got concerned. I was instructed for my cat to take liver supplements as well as B12 when she was on her FIP meds. I had left over B12 and started giving that to her. Her eating went back to normal. I am assuming that the side effects of her FIP isn't allowing her intestines to absorb nutrients. The B12 helps with that. She's back to being her cute little self and eating normal again.

Pup likes it
My Bella doesn't mind the taste. It's a definite for after your pups get spade.

If your cat won't eat the chewable Vitamin B12 this is great
This has made my cat's blood Vitamin B12 level normal. He refused the chewable Cobalequin tabs from Nutramax but he loves this drizzled on his food. The liver flavoring set off my other cats' food allergy, so likely not good for cats who must eat hydrolyzed diets-- but otherwise my IBD cat tolerates this well and eats it - and he's a picky boy.

Be aware of the flavoring. Its not animal appealing
This is a trusted brand for me. This particular Vit B12 is listed for dogs and i understand supplements are originally produced for humans but this is in the same cherry flavored suspension as my Vit B12; including the fructose. I had hoped for a chicken or beef or something more appealing to animals.
