This is a good product, very comfortable material,light and stretchy and very easily fits into shoes,you can wear these with or without shoes. I was looking for something that would really help my hallux valgus, that was a good price and have had good results so far!Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy them .

First off, I spoke with a Podiatrist recently and they said these things don't even really work.Here are my chief complaints: the two pairs of silicone pieces wrap around the big toe and essentially cut off circulation (I attempted to wear them for a few hours with wide sneakers before, and I also attempted to wear them overnight before); the pair that slips over your foot like a half sock does not stay in place when you walk--it will slide right off.
