The Paint Pad Pro was designed as an innovative solution to cheap foam paint pads. It is the ultimate home painting tool offering the speed of a roller with the precision of a brush. Unlike cheap foam alternatives, Paint Pad Pro features a dual layered applicator pad using thousands of bristles bounded to a supple foam backing to follow the contours of the surface. It's like having a dozen brushes working together!

Agree with others about the pad coming off and making a mess. It's a pain to connect it back on and gets paint on hands or gloves. Positive is that there is no splatter when you're painting. Left streaks. I will only use the small pad on small jobs.

It was cheap. The paint pad did not stay attached and got more paint on the floor than any roller.

Not what it's hyped up to be.
I rate this slightly higher than the other 2 who reviewed so far. If you make sure that the pad is securely attached to the plastic hand piece it most likely wont fall off. I say it this way because I lost the pad face down on the floor once. Otherwise when painting a wide open wall, it works very fast. The downside is that you most certainly have to tape off what ever you don't want painted. I was constantly wiping paint off the baseboards and I was not going to even try to use the extension poles to paint the upper wall. I did not have the ceiling taped off and it is staying white vs the color I was painting the walls.Overall, I would not recommend buying this, but if you only plan on covering a wide area and don't care if the baseboards get the same paint, then go for it.
