Rhino was recommended by several people in a Facebook group I belong to, so when I saw this set on Amazon, I didn’t hesitate. The only reason I didn’t give this set 5 stars across the board is I haven’t used it yet and can only guess at the durability. Everything seems well made and I have no reservations using the gear. I’m a big fan of tool bags and am pretty impressed with the one that comes with this set. It’s big enough to easily fit everything in the set and still has room for more gear (gloves, more shackles, tools, etc). The external pockets are a nice bonus. The recovery strap was more robust than I was expecting. I got the 20’ version. It’s well made from heavy materials, but is easy to manipulate. The hitch is machined from a solid piece of steel. No welds to worry about. The shackle is well made and comes with anti-rattle washers if you plan on leaving it installed on your vehicle. What really impressed me was the pin wasn’t “glued” in place by the paint/powder coating. It was easily removed right out of the box. A couple added bonuses were included. There’s a Rhino branded velcro wrap to keep the strap from coming unrolled in the bag (or your cargo area). Theres also a package of Rhino stickers/decals. What surprised me about these is how well made they are. Product registration was super easy. Rhino will be my go-to for recovery gear from now on.

Exactly as advertised. Nice material and well built. My wife hit our brick mailbox I estimate at least 600 lbs and twisted it around. Used the strap to pull it back into place no problem at all.

This stuff is well made and it looks good. Love the storage bag it came in. Fits perfectly in the Ram Box in my truck. This is a strong tow strap. Pretty sure you could pull a tractor trailer with this thing. Quality product that I'd recommend to anyone with a truck or anyone that goes off roading. It's a nice thing to have in case of an emergency.

I received this today and wow it is all very well built! The strap itself feels great, it is strongly reinforced and something I can find confidence in when the need will arise. The hitch receiver is heavy duty, thing itself weighs probably 10-15lbs and the shackle it comes with feels great! Always pick up something to pull another vehicle with so adding another d ring shackle or soft shackle will work. The bag is comes with is bigger, but that’s a plus for me as I am also throwing my tools in there and it still all fit well! Cant say on its workmanship since I haven’t used it, but like I said I’m very confident in it!

I don’t do truck stuff but, in the back of mind I said dang I don’t have tow straps. This was a good deal for the hitch and strap highly recommended product.

Bought for my brother and not 2 days later he used it to pull an amazon truck out of his snow covered driveway. Definitely reccomend.

I didn't realize when purchasing, that the hitch pin was not included. Wish they had highlighted this in the product description. I bought this as an emergency kit only, for a minivan. My hitch is used only for bike racks, etc, that all have integrated threaded hitch bolts, so I'll need to purchase a separate hitch bolt/pin to add to the kit. The quality of the strap, hitch and link, carry bag look decent. Hope to never have to use them.

This product arrived on time with no issues. Rhino makes a great product this one being the same. It is very durable and well made as I will trust it with anything I pull. The craftsmanship is top notch from what I see and will recommend it to anyone.
