Does this have some provision forr the Libre's "breathing hole"?

No. It is a solid flexible rubber cover. My husband wears it to protect the sensor when he is in the pool.

What size arms does it fit?

The band is 300mm and is elastic making it very versatile for size. You can always ask for a refund if it does not fit.

Title says the band is suited for libre 1/2/3, but Libre 3 is significantly smaller than the earlier versions. Will the cap be snug on the sensor?
