A neck-saving miracle worthy of its own parade
There are products you buy in life that do exactly what you expect. And then there are products like this CPAP Neck Pad, which arrive quietly in a humble little package but then proceed to stage a full-blown comfort revolution in your bedroom. My wife originally picked this up because her CPAP mask straps were digging into her neck at night, leaving her feeling like she’d been in a wrestling match with a sleep robot. Enter this little wonder. First impressions? It’s a neck pad. Nothing flashy. No chrome-plated buckles, no neon lights, no instruction manual written like a NASA launch checklist. Just a soft, cushiony strip of pure, unadulterated bedtime diplomacy. But oh, the magic it works. The material is so soft I’m convinced it was hand-woven by baby angels using clouds plucked straight from heaven. It’s plush yet durable, like it could withstand a bear hug from a sumo wrestler and still bounce back. The stitching is tighter than a snare drum, making you wonder if the people who made this have a secret past in haute couture fashion design. Once fitted, this pad takes what used to be a nightly battle between neck and mask straps and turns it into a harmonious, dreamlike truce. No more waking up with strap marks that make it look like you’ve been abducted by an overzealous octopus. No more midnight tossing and turning trying to escape the dreaded “CPAP burn.” Just sweet, uninterrupted comfort, like sleeping with your head cradled in the hands of a very polite, very supportive cloud. Does it have any unnecessary features? Absolutely not. Does it need any? Also no. This is peak utilitarian perfection. It does one job and it does it so well that other sleep accessories in the house are now questioning their worth. I wouldn’t be surprised if the duvet filed for early retirement out of sheer inferiority. ✅ Barney says: Buy – This isn’t just a CPAP neck pad, it’s a ticket to peaceful slumber. A luxurious ceasefire between human skin and medical gear. A bedtime game-changer so good it deserves its own standing ovation before lights out.

Made my cpap mask much more comfortable
The quality is great, it's nice and comfortable. It's helped reduce pain around the back of my head and neck. I'm able to sleep a lot better because of this, it reduces the amount of headaches I was waking up with. It's great value for money.

Good to stop sore marks
I bought this as I sweat quid a bit in the night and if you wear a full face mask, you know it makes you a lot warmer. I would say that it has stopped the sores at the back of my neck and is comfortable on the cheeks preventing marks. The only reason I would give it a 4* is that it is a little bulky on the back of the neck and takes some getting used to with the extra pressure. If you are a deep sleeper, this would be a perfect purchase as you'd potentially get used to the different feeling quicker.

Worth every penny
This does exactly what it says and is worth every penny. I've been using it for 3 months and I would not be without it. What a difference. No more lines on my face and neck. It's easy to fit, comfortable to wear, machine washable, and it works. Amazing.

Works Well ... BUT ...
This does fit and work well with my NHS supplied full-face CPAP mask ... BUT ... if you sweat in hot weather (or not-so-hot) you need to be aware that it will stain your pillow/pillowcase. It leaves black marks (presumably dye from the edges of the inner side of the cover). It is certainly more comfortable than not using anything, but is it worth the grief my wife gave me when she couldn't get the marks out by washing the pillowcase? Probably not. I'm now putting an old towel over the pillow instead (which is taking some getting used to!).

Soft, comfortable, and easy to use. A game changer!
This clever CPAP neck cover is a game changer for me. Yes, it was a little too long, but was easily trimmed to fit. I was sceptical about it, as I have bought various comfort strap covers that fell off, and too thin to be of use. However, this is soft and thick, and very comfortable to wear. My neck was being rubbed raw, more so during the recent heatwave, but this really was a brilliant buy. Also easy to fit.
