yes it fits the 2016 sedan but you will have to drill into the bumper

Is this glossy black and also will this work without taking the factor lip?

Gotta remove a rubber strip that runs under the factory lip. Once removed the new lip will sit more flush.

Perfect fit, super easy to install and centre.

Exact width for a 2016 civic lx, all I had to do was line up the end edges with my wheel well. No need to remove the bumper cover to install, but needs drilling, although a high quality double sided adhesive foam might be enough on its own. Comes with necessary screws for mounting. Mounts nice and solid, no play. Gloss black finish is excellent, could easily be wrapped as is if wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

Looks and fits perfectly! Super easy install. Took about 10mins to put on because I kept misalinging it lol. Recommend having an extra set of hands to also put it all together before slapping it on. Makes it alot easier
