Great shampoo that cleans well without drying my hair. It leaves my scalp feeling fresh and my hair soft, smooth, and shiny. Light, pleasant scent and rinses out easily. I’d definitely buy it again.

I've been using this shampoo for over a year now and it is definitely my go to as I have naturally oily hair and this shampoo works wonders to lessen the amount of oil my hair produces! I wash my hair daily because if I don't by the next day my hair looks gross but with this shampoo I can actually skip a day and my hair still looks clean!Pros: lessens oily hairKeeps hair looking and feeling clean longerContains tea tree oil which is good at. preventing head lice (That's always a good precaution to take especially if you have young daughters!)Cons: if used daily it can dry your scalp outThis shampoo is a bit expensive but I think it's worth the money! You don't need too much to clean your hair and it lasts me more than a month before I have to buy again! You get a decent amount for the price as well! Highly recommend!

This is my new go to shampoo, I’ve been trying various products that are good for sensitive skin, eczema. I’ve been using this product for almost a month and my hair is still soft and my scalp is less dry and itchy. The quality of both the shampoo and conditioner are amazing. I like that it’s free of sulfates. The price is perfect and worth it. I bought the 25oz shampoo next time I’ll buy the bundle instead of buying the conditioner separate so both are 25oz. I highly recommend this product to try at the least. I personally will not be switching from this shampoo.

June 25, 2019: I purchased Maple Holistics Tea Tree Shampoo for my hair that has been thinning but equally because of scalp odor that doesn’t seem to go away for more than a day after shampooing, and sometimes not even that long. I’ve tried all kinds of homeopathic remedies and commercial hair products. The cause of the odor could be from any number of things, such as hormones, or scalp fungus (which would also cause thinning), to name just a few yet, despite it being common enough (just google it), my dermatologist couldn’t figure it out. I was hoping for the cause of it, at least. I don’t take pharmaceuticals and prefer a holistic approach, but she couldn’t help anyway.I’ve only been using this shampoo for about a week and so far, I haven’t noticed any major changes. It’s a little early yet to give a full assessment, but the odor seems to be lighter, and I’m hopeful that with consistent use it will be the remedy I’ve sought. Also, it seems that less hair is coming out but it could be wishful thinking; I need more time to be really sure.The shampoo and conditioner are both refreshing and clean very thoroughly, and without a doubt my hair is softer than with any other product I’ve used in recent years. This was an unexpected plus. Don’t know if it’s the shampoo, the conditioner, or both - but I like it. I also really like the fact that this product is organic. No worries for me about skin absorption.Before I order my next bottle, I’ll come back and update this review because I would expect to have some definitive results by then.I gave it 3 stars for being organic, moisturizing, refreshing, and making my hair soft. These products SHOULD be doing that. I’ll raise it a star if it eliminates the odor, and another if it helps “even a little” with the hair thinning.

Other shampoos advertise moisturizing benefits, which is great for the dry-haired girlies in the world, but for those of us with oily hair it just makes washing your hair a daily hassle.Does it dry out my hair? Yes, if I apply it to my ends and scrub. No, if I just apply to roots and occasionally wash down to the ends. I just use a hair mask when I do a full-head scrub and that counteracts any dryness I experience.The smell is very therapeutic. I find a double wash gets my hair the cleanest - you can really tell the difference between the first and second lather.Would I recommend it?Yes: Oily hair/scalp people who require some SCRUB to get hair truly cleanNo: Anyone with dry/brittle hair
