Great product!
This is a lightweight, soft and fabulously warm blanket. I am very pleased with the design and color. Best purchase I've made on Amazon lately.

80% merino. Material content is dependent on style and size. 5/5 for a wool blanket!
There are different weights of materials depending on the size and pattern blanket you select, so make sure you know this before deciding or reading reviews. I purchased the 80% merino 20% polyester version in Army 'green' 79" x 59", and it's one of the best wool blankets I've come across. I liked it so much I purchased another as a spare. I have not washed it yet, but I can tell from the overall quality and feel that shedding isn't going to be a big issue. I have washed cheaper wool blankets before they leave piles and piles of wool residue in the washer and dryer. Generally, wool shouldn't be washed frequently or at all if you can help it. Plucking at this dry with your fingers doesn't really pull much of anything off the blanket like the cheap ones do. The 79" x 59" fits a twin sized bed pretty well. I wish it were a couple of inches longer (like 82 x 59) but it still works fine as an intermediary blanket between comforter and blanket / sheets. It's light weight yet keeps you warm and cozy all night. Sleeping on this bare I wouldn't recommend if only to keep the blanket hygienic and reduce the number of wash cycles to a minimum, but it's definitely comfortable enough to do so against bare skin. Everyone has different tolerance levels when it comes to wool though. Out of the bag, it will get softer the more you use it. Since it's merino wool, even at a thicker weight / gsm, it's soft enough you don't really notice any scratchiness. I think the 79x59 is the perfect camping and emergency blanket to combine with a a reflective emergency blanket in a kit. The Army 'green' color is hit or miss, which I don't care about much, I just wanted a natural color. It appears to be multiple colors together that give it the green appearance, but it looks fine in person. The blanket has a bit of give and stretch, is very breathable and feels durable enough to sleep on the bare ground if one had to. There were no weird smells or anything, just a very light and almost imperceptible scent of natural lanolin when I received it.

Great value and stunning!
This blanket is an exceptional value for the money. Purchased the Scandinavia Grey design. Even though there’s only 25% merino wool in the mix, it is noticeable in the feel and quality. The other fibers used combine well with the wool to create a super comfy extra large throw. I am 5’9 and average weight for a female of this height, and can just cover my head with it with feet still plenty covered. Underside has a demoing of the top side print and just as soft. I washed the blanket in the pre wash compartment with white vinegar, and added woolite to the regular wash compartment. Then dried it on delicate cycle. Came out super soft, still full size, with barely any lint in dryer. The blanket is not stuffy when under, and gives you a light warmth. It is a mid weight blanket. Perfect for the couch, a spectator wrap for cold outdoor sports games, camping, a picnic or beach blanket, and so on. Did I mention it is gorgeous. Workmanship is flawless. One could even use it as a decadent tablecloth as the smoothness and design are so nice. Plan on purchasing more as gifts and another to keep. Also great for a favorite things or white elephant party gift exchange. You would not regret this purchase!

Pretty good blanket for the price.
Not the softest, or the scratchiest, it’s got a pleasant if anodyne southwestern-y pattern to it and it’s reasonably warm as a throw. I don’t have anything negative to say, but neither have I found a reason to get excited about it. It’s not the first or second blanket anyone in the family reaches for while snuggling on the couch so all things considered, I probably wouldn’t buy it with the benefit of hindsight.

Cosy and Warm
This blanket is lovely and warm. It washes and dries with no issues and stays incredibly soft. So far there’s been no felting or bobbling of the fabric :) I sleep with it every night, and it gets cold at night here in the White Mountains. I really love this wool blanket!

Good quality
Bought it for my sister and she loves it. The colors are really pretty. She uses in her camper.A good value for the price for a wool blend blanket. It's quite thick also.

Great blanket, my partner and I used it on an April camping trip in the blue mountains and it kept us nice and warm during the night. Surprisingly it was big enough for both of us to sleep under.

Excellent quality. They looked like they might be quite a rough texture but they are super soft and comfy

I strongly warn anyone reading this review: Do not trust the title. Do not trust the description. Do not buy this product. This product is a huge disappointment and a clear example of misleading advertising. The listing title claims this is a Merino Wool Blanket, which strongly implies the product is made of real wool. That is the main reason I bought it. But the truth is printed right on the product tag: 25 percent Merino Wool 72 percent Polyester 3 percent Nylon That means the blanket is mostly synthetic plastic material, NOT merino wool. This is not a small difference; it completely changes the quality, the value, and the honesty of the product. The fabric I received feels rough, artificial, and nothing like genuine wool. It is not breathable, not warm in the natural wool sense, and absolutely not worth the price. I paid for a wool product — instead, I got something cheap that could have been sold for a fraction of the cost. The worst part is the title deception. Using the phrase “Merino Wool Blanket” as the product name is misleading and unfair to customers. People trust the title when they shop. This is not a misunderstanding , it is a serious misrepresentation. It feels like a scam, and I deeply regret the purchase.

Soft and warm, stylish pattern, 58% Merino. Colours are neutral but interesting. The grey is the lighter option than the dark brown in the building blocks pattern. Would love to see another lighter colourway in that pattern, grey and green? Very happy with the blanket.
