I really liked this collagen. It’s easy to take, which helps with consistency. After using it, I noticed my skin looked more hydrated and overall healthier. I would definitely keep using it!

I had seen some comments about the taste of HECH Marine Collagen Shot, so I was not sure what to expect. But after trying it, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually liked the flavor and found it easy to drink.

I READ THE 5 REVIEWS AHEAD OF PURCHASING WHICH GAVE ME CONFIDENCE IN A PRODUCT I'D NEVER SEEN. UPON OPENING, ONE AMPULE MADE ME VOMIT. I ATTEMPTED TO MASK THE SMELL AND FLAVOR BY ADDING IT INTO JUICE DRINKS AND SHAKES - AGAIN, VOMITTING WAS UNAVOIDABLE. SHOCKED TO SEE THE PRODUCT WAS NON-RETURNABLE.... AT $80 ONTOP OF IT ALL.... MADE THE ENTIRE PROCESS FRONT TO BACK COMPLETELY DISGUSTING.

Packaging With this supplement, you get 12 Ampoules (never heard of an Ampoule!) in a nice gold-colored box. The Ampoules themselves are in a very hard plastic I think. They may be glass, it is hard to tell. If I had to guess, however, I would say hard plastic. Each Ampoule is wrapped in a gold wrapper listing all of the ingredients. This is nice. I like having those listed on each individual Ampoule for reference if you happen to just grab one to go and don't have the box with you. Each Ampoule also has the expiration date clearly stamped on the lid. Mine expire a little over a year out from the date of my review here. Smell and Taste The smell is sweet and very fishy. I don't care for it. The taste is about the same. Sweet and fishy. I have tried it in water, in tea, and in lemonade. I don't really care for the taste of anything, however, if I had to choose I would choose tea. That being iced tea. The ingredients do say it contains Black Currant Juice Concentrate, Blackberry Juice Concentrate, etc and you can taste that a little, however the fishy taste overrules. Ingredients Protein - 11 g which is awesome. I love anything with protein! Vitamins - this supplement has many vitamins in it. Vitamin A, B6, C, E, Biotin, Zinc, Riboflavin, and more. None of these vitamins are too significant and none reach your daily recommended amount. Collagen Peptides (fish) - 11,000 mg. That's a lot and that is what this supplement is all about. Thoughts I know many collagen dietary supplements like these need to be refrigerated. This one doesn't say so I am assuming it does not. I feel if you can tolerate the taste and are looking for a collage with a high amount of peptides and can afford this steep price, then go for it.

I’m so glad I discovered this brand. I’ve yet to try their other products but I’m looking forward to it since I love this one so much. It’s such a well rounded product in how it addresses skin health and especially the issues around collagen production. I like that it’s a liquid that I can mix in water and I quite like the taste so it’s just a nice way to be able to take care of my skin without having to take anymore capsules.
