My Biltong (South African Style Beef Jerky) is air dried using only quality, grass fed, hormone free beef and just the right amount of original spices. When ready I slice it as seen in the images to give you an easy to eat delicious meaty snack. Not familiar with the joys of Biltong? Using my Great Grandfathers recipe, spicing and drying techniques passed on through the generations to me creating biltong the way its been made for over a 100 years!!!
