Can u use brownie batter ?

Haven’t tried batter other than specific recipes. The batter is generally a pancake batter consistency, thinner than a typical brownie batter.

Is there a directions booklet which includes recipes ?

Yes, several recipes are in the booklet, and they are all good!

Can the metal pan release from the main heating unit? I am curious if I can hand wash the metal pan or is it an only wipe to clean method.

Not designed to separate, so we wipe-clean!

What is the dimension of the hole?

Holes are 2-1/2” in diameter.
