as a pro gadjet byer over years i ave to say this item is probably one of the best neck warmer on the market or close i ave many at home electric neck warmwer ect ... its well made whit solid top quality remote control and many rock inside i dont remember how much but many like 100... everything is made well and look durable ...not ultra heavy but perfect weight for touch skin perfect around neck and down well on hurt shoulder and its made large and comfort. when the wind or cold touch my neck and shoulder i feel arthrosis or something like that , i work many whit my arm all day and hurt after ... this is top quality neck warmer at amazing price for now ... best price i ave fund whit rock inside ... the rocks inside help much more to relax and warm more deep in muscle... a big ++ . system can turn warm before the rocks just wait a little time for rocks turn hot 10-15min max and after omg so nice. one of the best neck warmer ever for watch tv or pc during winter :) i ave many other electric and baterie neck warmer at home but this one is a pro neck warmer . thanks for the good price , other seller sell similar for over 200$ , (for me) big wow , one of the best on market if you consider warm, many rocks and price

The product description is pretty deceiving since it specifically touts this heating pad as being for "NECK" pain as well as for shoulder pain. I was disappointed in this heating pad. It's heavy, cumbersome & above all, it does not provide any heat for your neck. I got this heating pad specifically for muscle spasms & pain I was having in my neck. It looked like it would provide relief for my neck, but It does not. The part of the pad that should do that & appears to be a collar is, I guess, just to fool you into thinking that it would be a functional heating part of the "capelette" but it certainly isn't. Or maybe it's a fashion statement. Who knows? The pad overall, is heavy & cumbersome. The heating stones are incredibly heavy. It's difficult to put somewhere while not in use if you live in a place that has limited flat surfaces. (The instructions recommend that you store it flat when not in use.) All in all, I regret that I got this thing. It's expensive too. I think you would be better off finding another one more suited to relieving neck pain & not as expensive as this one (approx $60.00). I would return it but unfortunately, I think I missed the cut off date to return it. What a waste!

UGH! These weighted shoulder heating pads are to die for! If you suffer from tension shoulder aches, mild to moderate, this is the dream remedy for you! Seriously! It wraps around you like a warm, comforting, tender hug that helps melt away any tension and tightness in your shoulders. It sounds crazy, but this thing really works to fight stress and anxiety, too. The weight of this is so comforting, even though it only weighs in at a meager 2.2 pounds.I love the new design of these heating pads. They never slip off your shoulders and you never have to readjust like the flat lay ones. This one features a small, invisible magnetic clasp on the front to help close the "cape" of it. It looks actually kinda "cute" and cozy in a way. My boyfriend knows I've had a day when I've got this on. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone suffering from anxiety/depression/stress/pain...or even someone who just is constantly cold, or someone who just wants a cozy hug! It's also wonderfully giftable! Go crazy, you can't go wrong!

The heat on this thing works WELL! I started at a setting of 1 (it goes up to 12) and even that was toasty. Even hotter than a lot of other pads out there just at 1. 6 is pretty darn hot. Nine is almost molten. When that setting touched my bare sin around my neck it was too hot for me. Therapeutic heat at that setting. 12 is HOT – for those who truly like it molten. The remote gets ever so slightly warm if on 12 – not hot, though – plus the plug at the wall stays cool (so many other heating things – the plug can get hot). Because of the stones, it stays hot/warm even after shutting off – maybe for up to about a half hour – although it cools down as you go.It extends past my ends of my shoulders and I’m tall so I sometimes think things are made for short people or children but this is definitely good for us adults – it even extends past my shoulders a few inches on either side so even big guys could easily use it. It is also not that heavy, surprisingly. It has a bit of weight to it – but I didn’t feel it when it was one. So would be good even for folks with lower back issues probably. Very neat – and VERY happy to have this thing!The front clasps with magnets – three total - one setting slightly snugger than the other. The front extends onto my chest down to my breasts. It extends in the back just hitting the tops of my shoulderblades. It extends up my neck all around – AND there is a heating element in the back of the neck – not the sides through. So many shoulder heating pads have no heat at all in the neck – so this one is neat!Enjoy your day! : )
