Price is good for this printer but I found the printing speed is slow. I faced difficulties in setting and connecting with the WiFi. Overall, it is good for small range.

I had to call the Pigeon service people multiple times even though this is a newly purchased product. The burner would turn off suddenly and if you didn't notice, the smell of gas would fill your kitchen. Another burner stopped working properly. The second time I had an issue, it was that the ignition got stuck so I couldn't turn off the switch no matter how much we tried. So we had to turn off the main gas line.Twice a repairman came and worked on it. It would work fine for a few days/weeks then again another issue would come up.I can only assume (from the multiple issues) that they have sold a faulty product that has not cleared safety checks.I have been asking them from October 1st to replace this item. I have sent multiple emails. I have not got a single call back.If there were any other item, it would be okay. But this is a GAS stove and leaking burners, switches that catch fire, burners that go out randomly cannot possibly be safe.Do not buy this product.

Value for money. But looking to the Brand, it's not satisfactory.

After use if one year and 2 months this is the condition. I purchased it in november 2023. From feb 2025 it started leaking gas. After three complaints, no resolution till date every 2-3 days the service centre guys call and give excuses. No service in bangalore city i cant image the condition in tier 2 or tier 3 city. I am not sure what is wrong with pigeon, but the customer care support executives are making excuses. They are just saying that rusting is not our problem and it is not covered under warranty. The Service Center people are saying that the rusting happened because we repaired the gas from outside. I don’t know what is the logic behind this, but worst service from pigeon. I do not recommend this product to anyone completely devastated since the last five months, there is no resolution of the complaint and they are not helping at all. in five months, I have Complaint four times and the service person has visited our home around 6 to 7 times. They come click the photos and go and WhatsApp the photos two days later then again two days later, they ask us to send the photos, and this is only that is happening. There is no resolution worst product ever everything is just rusted and breaking down and they are not helping us. They are not accepting that this is a manufacturing fault. They are saying that this is because of us. A gas stove is supposed to be near water. I don’t know how rusting is our problem. I have used ₹800 Surya gas and they are far better than this. they don’t rust even after 15 years, horrible product from pigeon, please, avoid.Update: They denied service completely. This is waste.
