[Beauty of Joseon] Glow Deep Serum (Rice + Arbutin) 30 ml

I am now on my third bottle and I have to say I love this. I was a bit skeptical buying this but really wanted that ‘Korean glass skin’. I’ve always had severe acne and just bad skin overall. As I’ve gotten older, I have less spots but it’s still there! Now I also have discolouration. It means it’s hard to go out without some make up on. I have sensitive skin but had no reaction to this. I didn’t see any difference so kept up with it. About 6 weeks in, I could see the discolouration getting less and a more balanced skin so I didn’t have oily patches and dry patches. I’m on my third bottle and I feel my skin is great compared to before. I can’t explain it, but I have that mild glow to my skin. I’m very very happy with this. Please please don’t stop making this! I love it. I can’t do without now. Just as a reference, I used about 2-3 drops in the morning and evening after cleaning skin. It absorbs straight away. I then used my usual products on top. If you decide to buy it- you will need to use it properly, twice a day for about a month before you see any difference, but stick with it! It’s a vegan and cruelty free product that works.

I initially chose this serum as i had heard good reviews(non sponsored) about Beauty of Joseon. I tend to aim for Korean skincare products that are heavily based on natural ingredients. I use to use rice water and homemade rice masks, so i know that Rice is a key ingredient that had previously brightened my complexion. This is over 60% rice bran, which i absolutely love. The product has no smell and it sinks into the skin really well. I use a toner then the serum then an spf based moisturiser and havnt noticed any pilling. I dont know how it behaves under makeup as i mainly only use it at night. I use it alternatively with the Ginseng Water essence, which i also love. As a medium chocolate skin girl, this serum has really brightened up my skin. Absolutely love it, highly recommended

I saw this serum getting all the rave on socials so I thought to try it out as I've been having issues with my skin barrier. It's really great! The consistency is not too thin or thick but it does dry slightly only slightly tacky. It's fine if you apply other serums and moisturiser on top. I've been using it for a while now and I'm certainly seeing a lot of difference in terms of my skin smoothness. I have really dry skin with a lot of hyperpigmentation due to acne scars. This has helped in keeping it soft and plump aswell as fading my dark spots. Also leaves my skin with a beautiful glow. It does what it says! Definitely going to repurchase soon.
