Works great! Direct swap Winchester TS26-45
Have a Winchester TS26-45 safe the keypad stopped working on. It was giving 4 quick beeps. What I could find said that was a major error/failure and needed replaced. So I looked at many replacements. This had a good review so tried it. First, the keypads swap out with no need to change the mounting bracket (old one on top in picture to compare to new one installed). The cable feeds right through the hole the old one come out of with no issues to plug into the motherboard. The motherboard swaps out fine, screwholes line up perfectly (new installed old to left for comparison). One concern I had was the solenoid for the lock. The one it comes with (last picture) looks nothing like the one on the safe (3rd picture) but the plug is not a concern because you just use the old cable and it fits into the plug on the motherboard no issues. Reprogramming the combination is easy. Just use the red button on the cable, plug it into the plug on the left on the motherboard board and follow directions they send. Super easy. Will see how this one holds up. For the price cheaper than others I looked at that seemed more complicated. Hope this helps.

Exact replacement fo my Winchester safe
exact replacement for my Winchester safe. easy install about and hour to do it all. best to watch the video and program everything b4 installing. i didn't install the solenoid, my problem, probably the circuit board or key pad which I did change. simple fix with a Phillips screwdriver. easy combination programming with good instructions.

Easy to Install, Meh to Reprogram, An Adequate Replacement
Does what it's supposed to do, in my case replace a failed Winchester safe keypad that I can't get replaced because of poor Winchester customer service. Installation was easy enough. I didn't get instructions but if you can figure out how to remove the inside of your safe door, it's a 1 for 1 replacement. Didn't even have to install the included mounting plate because it fit on the existing one. My main gripe is the reprogramming process. From what I can tell, every single of these is programmed with the exact same default codes. That wouldn't be as big an issue if it were easier to reprogram it. The lock that came with the safe could be reprogrammed through the keypad utilizing a master code. This keypad requires pressing a button that plugs into the control board which you have to remove the inside of the door to access. So there's a world where you install this without setting your own codes, reassemble the door, realize you have to remove the door to reprogram, decide you'll do it later (then forget), then someone can use the default code to gain access. Just seems like an odd way to do that. Also they say there's a "master code" and a "user code." The master code doesn't do anything the user code doesn't do. It's just programmed differently.Cannot speak to longevity. The keypad that came with my safe lasted about a year before it failed completely. The cost of this isn't a hard pill to swallow one time, but hopefully it survives a few years before I have to go through this process again. Don't buy a Winchester safe if you can avoid it.

Winchester 26
I have the Winchester 26 safe. The keypad died completely. New batteries didn’t help. I thought the keypad was bad. But to be safe I ordered this. Good thing I did. Ended up being the motherboard. Nothing was wrong with the keypad. And it was easy to reprogram.

Good Replacement
The keypad on my Winchester 26 gun safe went out so I tried this one as a replacement about a month ago. This kit comes with more than just the keypad, but that's all I needed to replace. It fit right up to the existing bracket perfectly. It works very well so far (fingers crossed) and my safe is 100% operational again. It wasn't difficult to install. Would definitely recommend this for a inexpensive fix if you're keypad goes out on your Winchester safe.
