This beautiful container I'm using for clarified butter holds 2 lbs easily. Great value, have not emptied it as yet, but cleaning before use it is bright, shiny and a lovely addition to my stove countertop area.

Slightly expensive but is a great buy. I use it for dispensing oil and help me keep track of oil usage because to the teaspoon inside. No leakage and easy to clean. High quality and highly durable.
