Tried several figure 8 straps, kept this one
I know, I've never heard of 'Trend Changer' brand either. It's fine. I tried straps from every other company I could find, including Cerberus (not available on Amazon, ordered straight from the company), RDX, Element 26, and Cobra Grips, and for me, this one was the keeper. Why? The fabric though strong, is also soft and thick. The strap supports my 7.25" wrists better than others because the 'small' size is snug on my wrist (the little comparison photo they show between the small and medium is accurate—I liked the small, but your mileage may vary). The fact that they're also the cheapest set was a nice bonus, but I would have paid much more if any of the others were better. They're not. This is the good one.

Great straps with lots of padding to make heavy lifts more comforatable.
These are my favorite lifting straps, the cotton feels great on your wrists and the neoprene gives these a lot of padding and surface area so heavy lifts feel better with these than they do with any other straps I've tried. Quality and construction are really good too, especially for the reasonable price.

Don't know if I'm using them right!
So a trainer I follow online recommended this style of strap. Sometimes I want to hold a heavier weight for glute exercises than my arms/shoulders want to hold on to for longer sets. That's where straps come in! I love that you can do these one handed- meaning when you go to do your second hand it's not harder than the first like it is with traditional straps. These are comfortable and padded! And they feel well made. My issue isn't with the product, I'm just not practiced at using this style of strap. They are super simple to put on, but the X can make it so the strap is in the way when you try to grab the dumbbell. If you imagine a dumbbell on the floor- you'd loop the strap under the grip so the two hand holes are on either side of the grip. Then just feed your hand through both holes. My issue is then with figuring out how to grip just the barbell, not the X part of the strap with it. I'm going to watch a video on it. I think it's just user error, the straps themselves are just as they should be!! I think it's all about personal preference though- some people like the traditional straps, some like infinity loop straps, and the ones with the hooks at the ends.

Exchanging size for medium w/ 6.5" wrists
Medium is better if you have 6.5" wrists. The picture they show displaying how a 7.25" wrist looks using a size small and medium, is exactly how it looks for me w/ my 6.5" wrists. It's usable for sure, but very tight. They feel extremely comfortable though. Seem durable.

Perfect forheavy lifts!
Perfect for all the heavy lifts! The straps are comfortable. Performance wise, they provide the support necessary to lift massive amounts of weight! Very stable does not slip. Fiancé has dead lifted over 600 pounds with these straps.!

Oversized , buy smaller than you think and I measured my wrists
Just too big

Way too big, size way down.
Have 8" wrists, bought medium, straps way too large to provide any support, useless for me now. Will try 6" small version to see if that works better.
