## Questions & Answers

**Q: Shouldn't the operating system be android 12.0? the product description says 9.0**
A: The starting software on it is Oxygen os 12/android 12. If it says android 9, it's a typo ... You get 2 years of software updates and 3 years security on Nord series as well. You'll be updated to android 14 guaranteed and an additional year of security. Not too shabby at all considering the price.

**Q: Can i out a memory card in the 2nd sim slot?**
A: No, it only takes sim cards.

**Q: Does anyone know if this phone supports 4g calling (volte) on vodafone network please ?**
A: One plus is not natively supported for volte calls on Vodafone. Trust me I have both the handset and the network

**Q: Amazon - listing incorrect. form factor is not ‎foldable screen. screen is definitely not foldable and box contents are not just a usb cable!**
A: Correct. You also get the usual documentation and sim ejecting tool etc.
