The dimensions said it was 9 x 7 1/2 inches. Mine is 5 x 3 1/2 inches and it is TOO small. What size did you get? Thank you?** A: The 9 x 7 1/2 is for the packaging. This is a frustrating mistake that Amazon doesn't correct on a number of products -- having the actual items size and having the packaging size, but not including clarifying verbiage. **Q: Is there an adhesive/grippy underside to keep the pad in a static position or is it free to move about?** A: No bottom, really, or grippies, both sides are the same material. Using on a wood laminate desk and for me no excessive slipping, but an additional caveat is that I am using it with a Kensington trackball due to arthritis, so the hand movement isn't as much as a a traditional mouse. The beads are comfy and molds to your wrist and is a good width (5") to have the wrist "sink in" and be supported. For me the height (~1-1/2", non-compressed by the wrist) is ideal, to keep my wrist level when using the trackball. I tested it with a Logitech mouse (fatter vertically than the Apple mouse) , Apple Magic mouse (thin), and the Apple Magic track pad and it also keeps my wrist flat and not upwards bent (the goal) well, although the sliding of the pad was more with the mouse's with the increased hand movement versus the trackpad or rollerball. Overall pleased. For me worked better than the mouse pad with wrist support, which for me didn't have the height i personally needed. **Q: Can you use this for elbows? I have a glass table and it's tough on elbows, can someone test please?** A: Product size not as described (read other reviews) - it is much smaller. I occasionally use product for wrist (not elbow), so cannot test. **Q: Dimensions are 9 x 7 1/2 inches or 5 x 3 1/2 inches?** A: It is a smaller size, 5 x 3 1/2 inches. It works very well and I am very pleased with the wrist pad.
