Well worth it and worked amazing on my 2018 forest River flagstaff.
Well I was optimistic about how it would work but as I got a new to me 5th wheel last year (2018 forest River) and previous owners kept reverting in great shape but didn’t clean the roof I knew I needed to get a good cleaning on it. My precious trailer I used a household detergent like simple green or something and it worked pretty good before I coated it with a roll on Henry’s coating, but I wasn’t doing that here. Moving along. Per directions they weren’t amazingly clear on how to apply the product or dillute it but as any company they always state more product than you really need so you come back to buy more, let me tell you this stuff works with jusr a little elbow grease and goes a LONG WAY!!!!! I mixed this product in a total of 1 gallon pressure sprayer, this allowed me the control of spraying on small amounts and cover the entire roof sections with ease. The pressure sprayer I’m talking about is the $15-20 HDX brand one at the orange big box store. Application Wet the trailer sides fully Wet the roof area to be cleaned, we did about 6’ at a time across the trailer Let sit for a couple minutes Use a soft scrubbing brush we put some elbow grease in, each section was 7-10 mins start to finish After scrub we let it sit another min or two then rinsed off We hoses down the sides of the trailer as we went along too After roof was done we sprayed entire trailer down very well and let dry a bit. About 2 hours later we washed the trailer with chemical guys brand extreme foaming cleaner to get any remaining stuff off and also clean the trailer too. So overall pro tip! Buy a pressure sprayer (think same thing for weeds) Use a 1:3 ratio or even 1:4 Let sit 5 or so mins before scrubbing Scrub with soft brush or lightly with firmer brush Let sit a couple mins after scrubbing Rinse off liberally Rinse sides of trailer immediately after each section. The last part is critical as this stuff WILL streak the side of the trailer If not rinsed off. 1 gallon is enough to allow me to do the trailer at least 8-10x before having to buy another gallon again. I’m going to do it again in a week or so to get anymore dirt off and prior to me taking a couple days to wash, wax and buff the entire trailer. Just click buy!

Would buy again.
We started using 50/50. Stopped and decided to scrub down roof then use cleaner. Worked good. Could tell a difference real quick. Roof was pretty bad. So the extra step was needed. Plenty of cleaner to do 3-4 times after initial cleaning.

Wow, just wow!
They should have sent a poet. I should have taken pictures! This stuff does an amazing job on cleaning the roof, but more amazing was how white my sealant was after just a few brushes. This literally made my roof look better than when we got it. Really impressed with this product. I didn't have any issues with it leaving a residue on the sides of my camper. I did wet the sides first, and after cleaning the roof washed and waxed the aluminum siding with a different product. So far 2 months after cleaning I've yet to have black streaks form again because ALL the crud that causes them has been washed away. Highly recommend!

Use caution to prevent added labor.
The product itself is easy to use and did a fantastic job cleaning the roof and sealing it. I will do it again in the fall at which time I can verify how well it actually sealed. If two people do the job a 31 foot camper can be done in 30 minutes to an hour depending on how long it had been since the last cleaning. Two people, one on roof one on ground see Con. Note: I used a half gallon on a 31ft camper that had not had the roof cleaned in many years. I went over the roof twice so the coverage was very good IMO. Con: Make sure you have someone on the ground rinsing the sides with a autobrush/towel and water as someone is doing the roof. Don't wax your camper until you do the roof. Don't have other vehicles near by that can get over spray from the roof. Don't assume you can keep the sides rinsed off from the roof. I used this and read the reviews about the residue so I thought as I cleaned the roof I could just rinse the sides and it would be fine. It looked fine until the next day so I had to strip what wax was left and rewax my camper. This product leaves a residue that is difficult to get off even if you just waxed your camper. Follow my advise and you will save yourself a lot of time and get more value from the product.

Don't think you will get a spray bottle
I used this on my Jayco 28.5 with good roof cleaning results. The downside was the streaking on the side walls, which I did not expect. The directions caution you, and I thought I was rinsing completely, but not. I had to go back over the sides with my scrubbing brush. It came off with a light rubbing. The only way I see to prevent this is to wash the camper after the treatment each time. How well does it clean and protect? Washing a five-star, protection is an unknown. Order a spray bottle if you do not have one. False misleading advertising.

Great Product
I used this full strength on my camper roof. It was surprisingly easy to clean the roof. All the stains came off with minimal scrubbing.

worked great, be sure to rinse!
REALLY cleaned up the roof and slide top for a 20 year old RV, oh BOY was the goo falling off dark and dingy, what an improvement! Like RV bleach!
