If you are looking at this product for some massive gains then you're looking to the wrong area again hoping for something that works like PEDS that won't and can't. The only place for massive gains in a short period of time is PEDS but if you are looking for just some slight assistance with holding muscle while on a prep or some recovery help then this could very well be what you are looking for. I used Bio-Gro on my last prep 3/1/17 thru 7/15/17, I went from 224lbs to 188lbs, when I started prepping I was lifting 315 for a set of five at my top weight, when I was 190lbs I was lifting 300lbs for 5 reps, all the weight loss and not much strength loss and anyone will tell you, that is unusual. Us this product as a recovery tool as this is what it seems to be good at, I do feel it played a role with holding my strength even though I'm sure it was not the only factor.
