No body of my family likes it . We expected something different

We've made 2 orders now (premium and classic pistachio). Both were fantastic. Almost as good as getting it directly in Istanbul. Our second order came during a snow storm and was held up by DHL at the distribution center. I was sent a free second order to ensure they arrived fresh as soon as the weather cleared. Amazing service.

We were in Istanbul for a vacation couple months ago and we visited one of HM1864 locations. That was a great experience, we really enjoyed the baklavas that they have. We came back to US and I found them in Amazon, wanted to give them a shot and placed an order. It came quickly and amazingly fresh, as well as greatly packaged.
