I LOVE this ring.I have anxiety. I also work from home Mon-Fri and I sit at a desk for 9 hours. I spin this ring all day long and honestly, it soothes me. I wear it on my middle finger (purchased size 11, but could have went with a 10 - I have big fingers).This ring doesn't stretch, it's stainless steel. Being stainless, it doesn't turn my finger green, which anything with nickel does. It's sturdy, and because of the texture of the band that spins, it hides and damages I may have done.The only downside is cleaning it. Because it wear it every day, all day, stuff gets between the spinning band and the solid band, and it's kind of difficult to clean and the spinning part can get caught on the stuff that gets built up between the two bands. I found that using a paint brush is the best way to clean between the bands.

This ring does the trick. I am so restless in meetings at work and really wanted something I could slyly focus on without being a distraction. Sometimes the ring doesn't circle very smoothly but it hasn't caused any issues yet. I purchased the gold. The picture makes it look like a yellow gold, but it truly is a more bronze gold. Also, I have pretty big fingers so ordered a size 10 to wear on my pointer finger. I would say size down. I have to wear another ring behind it, so it doesn't fall off. I would say too, it does make a little noise when you turn the ring quickly, but it isn't too loud.

This is not a heavy metal band. It is lightweight, sparkly, and turns when you move it. For me this was just fine. It is my first adult fidget and I quite like it. I bought the three pack with rose gold, silver, and rainbow. They are all pretty, and as I said before, sparkly. If I lose one I won't be out a ton of money either. Another plus. I also think these would make great gifts for kids and teenagers.It does rattle a bit but I haven't found that annoying. It's just some thing to get used to. Again, these are lightweight rings, not expensive, but fun to have.

I like this a lot. I wear it everyday. The glitter hasn’t faded off yet and I wear it in the shower, wash my hands a lot.. the spinning is confirming at work too lol

I like to wear it out and mindlessly spin it on my finger. It does run a little small, so I got a size up to make sure it fits. I have no complaints so far.

I ordered this ring because I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, it really does help turning it to calm myself down, plus it looks really good too!!

Is a good idea for anxiety definitely however they come up small for the sizing definitely as I ordered two that are ment to be our sizes but they don't fit the fingers they were bought for at all

I bought my usual size but it did go on a wee bit snugly. Once on it is a good (and pretty) distraction. I noticed I had fewer of my anxiety tics wearing this.

My teenager is embarrassed by the usual fiddle toys but this is discreet and won't annoy the teachers in class. Has been a hit since Christmas and helps regulate her.
