Very Satisified with purchase
Maybe I got lucky?? After researching a lot of brand reviews for hearing aid batteries, I cautiously chose this one since the batteries average out to only 19.6 cents apiece and I love bargains. I say cautiously because there were a few very negative reviews on Amazon for this product, but since the price of $11.70 is only about the price of a cup of coffee at McDonalds these days, I didn't have much to lose.I have dual Phonak Audeo Smart digital aids which I put in when I get up in the morning and do not take out until I go to bed (other than taking a shower). I've heard digital aids are more power hungry than other types, but since these are my first pair of aids, I really don't know if that's true or not. The battery expiration date lists 2016, and I mark on the calendar the day on which I insert a new pair (I always replace both at the same time even if the audible battery warning only goes off in one ear) as well as the time of day. To be fair to the negative reviewers, I have only used 6 batteries so far (out of 60), but each pair has given me exactly 7 days of use, so I am thrilled. I've had my aids about 6 months now and when I purchased them, the audiologist included 2 packs of "Power-One" batteries. They lasted an average of 5 days and here on Amazon they are roughly 40% more expensive than these. As I said in the beginning, maybe I just got lucky, but so far, I could not be more pleased. If I get some out of this batch that are bad or are short-lived, I'll revise my review at that time, but for now I'll go with these.UPDATE: 11/09/2013I've been using these batteries for 10 months now, and always reorder as needed. In 10 months, I have had only one battery that was D.O.A. I keep a record each time I change them, and every pair gives me 6 days of use...no more, no less. For the price vs buying them locally, they can't be beat. Very satisfied.

Money-saving option
My 90-year-old Mamaw has been using hearing aids for as long as I can remember, and it bothered me how much she was having to spend on hearing batteries. For the past many years she's been spending roughly $16.00 for a 36-count package; one pair of batteries lasted her 3-4 days, typically.I decided to look online for a cheaper option- if hearing aid batteries are going to be relatively crummy, she might as well by the cheap ones, right? I found these, 60ct for $15.00, and convinced her to give them a try. They came in a couple of days later and she's been ranting and raving about them ever since.Where her previous batteries lasted 3-4 days, these have lasted her 7, every time. Where one battery went out sometimes 12-24 hours before the other (when they were put in at the same time) with her previous batteries, these go out within hours of each other. On top of that, she claims that these batteries make everything she hears sound CLEARER. (She says "I can't /hear/ better, I can just /understand/ better") -- Even if you're doubting the ability of these batteries, just do the math to see if they're worth trying:Changing batteries every 4 days (and this is the high end of the lifespan, remember?) leaves you using 182.5 batteries per year. 36ct packages costing $16 each was costing her roughly $81/year, just for batteries.Changing the batteries every 7 days leaves you using 104.3 batteries per year. 60ct packages costing $15 each (their price when I purchased them) now only costs her roughly $26/year.

Worst of the worstest
Not giving a single star. Worst product ever. Almost 95% of the batteries are dead and worst of the worstest packaging. By the time I started using these batteries, the return window was closed. Had the most difficult time opening the package and finally most of the batteries are dead too. I usually never post reviews, but I had no other choice other that give a review on these. So sorry

good value
Good value and last a reasonable time. Don't know how they compare to top line expensive batteries but these do a good job for me.

Not bad for the price...
I bought these batteries due the price since I have to changed batteries every week. Now, keep in mind, I have been buying these for the past 2-3 years, and had no problems! They come in a bubble envelope, and I just store it in my office.Concerning duds, I might had a few, but maybe 2-3 out of 2 years is not bad for the price. My hearing aids are on 3/4 of volume, and it last me a week....maybe a tad longer. I dotake them off at night. All in all, I am happy with my purchase, and I am due for one!I have purchased this item, personally for me, at the full retail price. There'sno relationship with the seller or the company of this product. Absolutelythere's zero compensation involved for my review. I am solely reviewing myexperience for other potential customers.

You get MORE than your money's worth
UPDATE: with advice, I've decided to change my review. These are excellent batteries and an excellent value. With removing the tab, then putting the battery in after several minutes, they last a long time in my hearing aides. More than a week. I use them more than 12 hours a day most days. They might last longer. It feels like I hardly change the batteries. I'm so happy I found these. I've ordered more. Unbeatable! Thank you!previous review below:For quantity wise, it is worth the money. Quality wise, its still worth the money, but did encounter small problems. When putting the battery in, sometimes the hearing aide wouldn't turn on, or my hearing aide would beep indicating low battery. I brought my hearing aides in, to ensure are working properly. They are working fine. I just have to turn them off and on a few times and the battery starts working. They last about a week for me. I use them about 12 hours a day, almost daily. All in all, I would say 60 batteries for around $12.00 was worth it, and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Very difficult to open
The new packages are very, very difficult to open, going to check other brands available. Batteries last about 1 week.
