Does anyone know how these compared to lomotil the prescription medication for the same thing?

For me (I have IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome), these tablets (Loperamide Hydrochloride 2 mgm) were as effective as Lomotil. Same dosage, same routine. HTH SDSin WA
