Food allergies (sensitivity) can be so extreme that even pills and shampoos are dangerous. I've learned to read labels scrupulously for some lurking ingredient that may trigger migraine or gluten hangover. This supplement is free of the Nightshade triggers (nightshades included potatoes! no!!!). This multi-enzyme blend is dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, wheat-free, soy-free, nightshade-free, sugar-free.Does it reduce gas and bloating? Let me check back in six weeks, if I find that it does. So far, no, I'm not feeling any improvements in acid reflux or IBS or anything, really.But I know I'll never get all the prebiotics and probiotics I need from my dairy-free diet, so I'll keep taking these capsules and trust that the ingredients are pure and free of all the most common allergens.

Enzymes for Digestion
My husband and I have have almost finished one bottle. These are easy to swallow and seem to prevent bloating. No bloating is the most important part for me in an enzyme. I do not notice pain relief and didn’t realize DE’s could do that. Seem to have no flavor which is important too though.

works reasonably well...but contains betaine HCL plus probiotics
I ordered these digestive enzyme pills to help with occasional bloating and gas, as I have a very sensitive stomach. This supplement contains many of the ingredients that I used to take as separate pills (papaya, other digestive enzymes, peppermint, ginger). I just realized when I received them that this supplement also contains betaine HCL, which I have taken in the past and worked...However, I wonder if the addition of betaine HCL would effectively kill the probiotics. I am fairly certain that it would render the probiotics completely ineffective. The pills are still effective, as the combination of enzymes and other ingredients (besides the probiotics) gives me some relief. However, I will not order these again due to the combination of betaine HCL and probiotics.
