Good option if sleep mask makes you too hot or if you are working on a tan
I almost love these things. My primary use is as a replacement for a sleep mask during this hot time of year. I am very sensitive to any light at all in the bedroom, and Occles do a really good job in blocking light. You just have to get them adjusted right and do your best not to sleep on your side, as they are not very comfortable for side-sleepers. I think these cool things are really designed for sun worshippers, and they would work GREAT for that purpose. Update: Have adapted to sleeping in these. They really block light well.
