I purchased this gown in pink to wear at home post hospital stay. I wanted the ease of a hospital gown, but not the ill-fitting, wardrobe malfunction that is a hospital gown. The fabric is soft, the style is pretty, and it would also be great for someone who is in the hospital, receiving hospice care, or bedridden at home. I love that it stays closed in the back and the Velcro is easier to fasten than the ties on a hospital gown. A person can maintain their dignity and still have the necessary ease of use!

This is never easy. I recently needed to begin taking care of someone who has very limited mobility. There are so many things that you do not take into account, like not being able to change clothes easily. You learn that every way you can make a day easier when dealing with so many stresses makes a huge difference.The velcro closures on the dignity pajamas make it easy for me to help her change clothes. Also, hospital gowns often are not very flattering, but these pajamas are much more dignified, and far better looking. She tells me that she feels free and much happier when wearing these pajamas, and not a clinical gown.

Great for anyone in hospice care. The patient looks nice and the nursing staff is still able to fulfill their duties as though this were a normal hospital gown.

Most clothing for hospice patients looks depressing and undignified. Dignity Pajamas look just like a standard pair of nice pajamas, but with the ease of care.

I recently had an elderly friend go through Hospice care and I was struck by the fact that the hospital gown that she was wearing seemed very papery and uncomfortable. I found this to be distasteful and I am very moved by the creation of this gown. It has all the comfort of what she would have worn at home with the versatility of a hospital gown. If you have a friend, family member, or loved one in Hospice, do them a favor and make them as comfortable as you can.
