I got this because of its looks and the high raising mount.. It looks good on my AR rifle to me. it absolutely co witness with the 3x sightmark magnifier that I got with it.. The weight of it is not a problem to me but what I see that will be a problem is that you can't see the brightness of 1 and 2. The brightness of the red dot start to show up a little bit at 3 (Inside of my apt) and 4 though 11 you can see just fine even with the magnificent it show up the same inside of my apt but I'll give a update at the outside range that I go to this weekend and see how it holds zero at 50yrs but other then that it good enough for me in my opinion on what I would use it for.. Thanks shoTac for the red dot.

Maybe bad quality control, dot works but can’t not adjust dot, meaning can not zero the optic.

Nice bright dot, precision adjustments that are very well-made, holds zero under recoil, nice clear optics. What more could you ask for. This mount is not at AR height so be aware of that you might need a riser if you want to put it on an AR.The dot is bright and crispy with only a little bit of fuzziness. People with astigmatism might see a bit more fuzz on the dot.The optic was not nearly as heavy as I thought it was going to be. And I appreciated the precision build quality feel of this unit. At the price it’s gonna be hard to be beat.

Picked this up for a new build and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I fully expected a cheap airsoft quality sight, however this seems to be built well for a quality import sight. It arrived with a high riser which makes it perfect for co-witnessing with Magpul BUIS.While this is a quality import, it is not comparable to my Trijicon MRO or Aimpoint Comp M4S. It also doesn't have the price tag of either of those sights and can't be expected to be of the same build quality or durability.That being said, the optics are clear, the red dot if visible and adjustable, it holds zero under the recoil of the 5.56, and the adjustments are easy and accurate. I can't speak to the durability of the sight or how well it holds zero after it's been banged around in the truck, but it seems if you keep it in a bag or case and don't abuse it, it should be ready to go right out of the case. For the money it's not a bad sight, however I'll continue with my Trijicon and Aimpoint products that are battle tested for the ones I have to depend on when things get nasty. It's really hard to give the imports a 5 star rating when you compare them to the battle tested products of Trijicon and Aimpoint.

Needed a quick dot to throw on a 15-22. This fit my budget and will be much better then irons. My thoughts:Pros:- held a solid zero- easy to install- nice crisp red dot- easy to adjustCons:- check your mount, my groups started to open up and found that the pic rail attachment was loosening up. I put a bit of locktite on the bolts and that solved the problem- unit arrived very greasy.Great budget red dot! Would be perfect on a .22 or airsoft!

Short version: Yes, i recommend this compact scope. Installed on a Ruger PC (9mm), it gives a good sight picture. The scope sits high enough that the open sights are still usable beneath it.It was very easy to install on the rail of a Ruger PC, and provides multiple levels of brightness. It mounts high enough for comfort. Surprisingly, it provides enough clearance that the open (iron) sights are still usable beneath.

Works great with my flip up iron sights and the red dot is bright and easy to see- quickly. Seems very well- made and the adjustments are smooth and easy to zero. So far hold zero very well and seems durable. Great find!
