Broken Heel
I broke my heel awhile back and I’ve had some severe pain walking on it in almost any shoes after extended periods of time. Which for me is daily as I’m on my feet most of the day, so I’ve been trying some options to help alleviate the pain. I’ve found most full shoe inserts feel odd and don’t generally fit the shoe even after cutting so I wanted to try something that was only for heel support. These were a cheap quick option so I grabbed them. I’ll say they have been great I don’t really feel much pain till the very end of my day and they’re very comfortable you barely notice them in there. My only complaint is that they might move a bit throughout the day I have to adjust them once or twice which in all reality isn’t bad. So I’d say if you’re looking for something to help with heel pain these are a great option that fit in many shoes and boots, are durable, look great, and definitely help with pain relief. So grab you a pair if you’re curious because you can’t beat the price!

Good for shock absorption while walking.
I got these for my boots. I normally just run leather insoles. I put these under my leather insoles just to be a little bit of a shock absorber. My only issue with the leather insoles is in my boots is my back heel can take a pounding if I'm walking for a very long time. These definitely absorb the shock. I do wish they were a little bit thicker and squishier. But as a simple shock absorbing insole they work great. But if you're looking for something to form around your foot like a foam this would not be it.

Overall great product
I wear flat shoes—converses, to be exact. The pair I wear are my favorites and have been seeing heavy usage over the past year. I walk everywhere, and so eventually it can get trying on the feet and knees, especially. I bought these Dr. Scholl's cushions on a whim, thinking they would have very little effect, but to my surprise, they do indeed help with comfort and support. Without getting too winded, they let me feel like I'm not feeling too much of my heel when I walk. It feels natural when I have these in my shoes. They are unobtrusive and could easily have been fitted with the manufactured converses. If there is one criticism I'd make, it's that you have to make sure when you're about to wear your shoes that these cushions don't slide. Use your hands or a shoehorn and then put your foot in, or the cushion will slide forward. No cutting or modification is needed. I am a size 9.5, but my converses are a size 9, and still, with these cushions, they fit without issues.

Decent, but they move
These feel fine when they actually remain under my heels. Unfortunately, that isn't often. They don't stay in place at all.

Great product
I have a problem with a sore heal so I thought I would give these a try. They fit in my shoes perfect and don’t move around at all. I was concerned that they might feel weird raising my heels up higher but I don’t even notice that. They really do assist making my walking more comfortable and pain free. I am very happy I purchased these and will order another pair for my hiking boots.

I love these heel cups!
I tend to stand very heavily in my heels and it was causing so much pain! Using these in my shoes have made it so much easier to stand all day without pain and has really assisted with plantar fascitis. They are thick enough to feel good on the heel, but not thick enough to make your shoe uncomfortable. They don't stick to my socks either which is a nice bonus.
