When your feet hurt, life is horrible. Take care of them! Heel spurs hurt. These gel heel cushions do work. They do absorb the pounding your heel takes every day, and eases these harsh heel strikes to alleviate the reasons your heel aches. They are comfortable to wear. Then one day, you feel better! Happy results.

They're comfortable and provide relief for those with heel pain, but as others have mentioned, the pads start to shift throughout the course of the day. Depending on how much you walk, you may need to adjust the position of these heel pads multiple times in a day. I work an office/desk job with a typical amount of walking in such a field, and I find that on a given day, I need to adjust these pads 1-2 times. I have not measured the thickness of the pads, but I should mention that they also seem to have flattened out a bit after a couple weeks of use. Overall, they're okay for the price, but I'd rather pay a little more for something better. Will be seeking alternatives.

I suffer from plantar fasclitis and these inner heels really help they are very comfortable

Get a full sole with a gel heel. These are uncomfortable and annoying.
