I use 1-3 drops of this on my toothbrush, or mix it in a blend for my teeth and gums; works great in a tooth paste/oil blend with peppermint, wintergreen, clove, and tea tree essential oils mixed into a base of coconut oil. I read a couple reviews that stated it was helpful with tooth whitening. I found it actually does work as a tooth whitener after a few days of consistent use, go figure. And it doesn't stain everything like turmeric does, so that's a super +plus. I didn't mind the flavour either; found it to be quite mild in this particular extract. I use the triple strength extract in my homemade toothpaste/oil blend and the regular strength in my homemade mouthwash.

I was told that neem would decalcify your "third eye". I have just started taking it, don't know if it works yet. The flavor is a bit unpleasant, fair warning. I place drops under my tongue and wait about a minute before swallowing. I will start to feel a bit like burning, but not like a hot pepper, so it's tolerable. After swallowing I swish and spit with water, then drink a flavored beverage to kill the aftertaste. I'm sure all neem tastes like this so I don't hold it against the makers. I use this as a way to clean and clear any pimples that show up. It works better than any spot treatment I have used before. It works well with my sensitive skin. A little goes a very long way. One bottle lasts a long time. Some people dislike the smell, however, the smell doesn't bother me.

Tastes awful! But I just added it to water and chugged it down to get it over with fast. Not sure if it had any therapeutic effects.

This is the best neem product I have ever used. After buying this I bought something else that turned out to be a very strong smelling and sticky oil. The stuff wouldn't stay liquid and had a gross smell and feel to it. This was a much better way to use neem. It stays liquid and has that strong neem smell, but not overpowering. Gets the job done, without the problems of other products.
