Inferior product
The pressure cooker was leaking steam a little bit so I measured it and sent for a new gasket.This arrived promptly and fitted into the lid snugly and all looked good.The cooker belched steam like a kettle, refused to get to pressure and had to be turned off for safety.On inspection the new gasket had softened with the heat and expanded. It was found to be over 1cm larger when later measured. It had buckled and bent. I replaced it with the old one and the cooker worked well, with a little steam loss, but it did at least come up to pressure.The product in this case was verging on dangerous. DO NOT BUY.
