Awesome rebounder for better health
I love this rebounder. I did a lot of research before I found this one. I read the reviews and felt this was the best one to buy. It did not disappoint! One of my biggest concerns is always assembly of a product. This was SO easy. The instructions say it is easier with two people, but I had no problem. Most of the bungee cords are already attached so all I had to do was follow the pattern to connect the rest! Super easy. Once assembled I began to jump right away. Smooth jump and VERY quiet. In the past I had purchased one from Target, which had the springs. It was just okay. I didnโt feel it gave me a very good bounce. Then one day a spring popped. Didnโt like that! I am a serious rebounder so decided to invest in good quality. You do get what you pay for. This one is worth the money. For all of you who are on the fence about rebounding let me tell you it is the best exercise for your body. I have been rebounding since April... so approximately 3 month. I am 57 years old and I look forward to bouncing. My joints no longer hurt and my legs are so toned people are noticing. I am a runner as well and that alone did not tone my legs like you think it would. Interestingly, I always make sure I bounce at least 10 minutes before I run. Letโs just say it gets all the fluids moving around my joints and NOTHING hurts when I run. No hip, knee or ankle pain! I also have osteopenia and I am hoping this helps strengthen my bones. Time will tell when I go for my next bone density test. What I noticed also is my stamina has increased. I fly internationally as a flight attendant, time changes mess up a personโs body. I have noticed I am not as tired and I am recovering very quickly after a long trip home from Europe. Wish I had discovered this way of working out long ago, but better late than never. I am not disappointed with this rebounder and even if it seems expensive to some, consider the cost of health care for a major health issue. Jump your way to a healthy body AND itโs fun too!

Solid Rebounder
So far this piece of equipment is very solid and appears very durable. Though pricey, it appears to be worth the cost. Once we start using it that's when we will reveal how sturdy this piece of equipment is. Again, it appears and feels like a top quality piece of equipment. In addition, it was easy to assemble, but I needed to view a YouTube video to figure out how to open and close the rebounder, but other than that I had no problems with put it into action.

LOVE This Rebounder / LOVE This Company
Really thankful to have found this rebounder and this company. My first piece of advice when it comes to purchasing a rebounder is whatever you do DO NOT FALL FOR CHEAP as you will live to regret it. Cheap when it comes to the world of rebounders not only equals a poorly made product from overseas using inferior parts but also inferior customer service as well (if there is any customer service to begin with). As I got later into my physical recovery after going thru Covid where I ended up in the hospital for 8 days I was advised by my acupuncturist to find some type of exercise preferably one that I enjoy and that I can get 30 min of cardio from every day. Since I wasn't comfortable going back to the gym due to the pandemic and because there weren't any outdoor type workouts that were convenient or that excited me I decided to look for something for home and this rebounder was the PERFECT choice!! Any person interested in the world of rebounding MUST search "the benefits of rebounding" on YouTube and then prepare to have his or her mind blown. I never knew that one piece of workout equipment could check so many critically important boxes for health it's almost like it's the perfect piece of workout equipment and the benefits of it are even backed by extensive NASA research which I thought was pretty cool. Not only can a person easily get a solid cardio workout on this rebounder......even if just for 10 or 15 minutes if pressed for time.......but it turns out a rebounder is incredibly versatile as far as the unlimited number of different exercises and workout routines you can do on it (you'll find them all on YouTube as well as some really good ones on the DVD that comes with this rebounder) which definitely eliminates the boredom factor. And perhaps best of all it's just plain FUN!! I really like the bounce and the overall feel of this model as it is gentle and super comfortable and quiet but don't be deceived as you can get a SERIOUSLY killer workout on this thing. I also like this company a lot as their customer service is second to none!! When I had a few questions about rebounding and this rebounder in particular they responded very quickly and upon doing so really took the time for me and were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with you can just tell they care an awful lot about their customers and the quality of their product and THAT is a combination I will take every single time:)

AMAZING!!!
I don't have anything to compare this to, but to me, this is perfect. It is sturdy, attractive and silent. I do a 10 minute workout every morning while my baby sleeps. It will easily fit under our bed when the feet are folded up, but my 3 year old son loves to jump on it so I leave it out so he can use it and get his energy out. I have never done a rebounding workout before, so I didn't know what to expect. I have been doing cardio on an elliptical and then an exercise bike for decades, and the rebounding workout is my favorite. It doesn't feel like you are doing much, but your heart rate will go very high in very little time. I watch what my heart is doing with my bluetooth heart rate monitor and my phone. I bought this because I needed a way to exercise at home and I didn't have a lot of space. I was looking for an easy way to get a cardio workout in every day without any impact on my joints. I also was looking for a way to help recover from my weekly high intensity strength training workouts. This does everything and it's fun; I look forward to jumping and I have to stop myself so I don't get too tired as I care for two small children. I researched different trampolines and I considered the high-end ones, but I just couldn't justify spending close to a thousand dollars on a small trampoline. This is awesome and worth the money. I haven't figured out how to use the bounce counter so it accurately counts my bounces, but that's ok. Another added benefit is that my husband finds it VERY amusing to watch me bounce on the trampoline; I haven't seen a smile that big on his face in YEARS. 5 Year Update: This thing is still working great after years of bouncing. It was a great purchase.

Fun way to exercise
I'm a 62 year old female and have exercised at home, mostly, with exercise videos for at least 25 years. I recently had a bad foot sprain and was looking for something to ease me back into my exercise routine as I've had to take a break while healing. Rebounding is recommended by Anthony Williams, for those of you who follow his nutritional and healing information, as it's good for the lymphatic system as well as general health. I thought this would be much easier on my foot and kinder to my joints as I get older. I read tons of reviews and thought about getting a lower end rebounder. But it became clear that if I was going to get something quiet that would last a long time I would be better off spending a little more and going for quality. When it arrived I put it together with the help of my husband. I used the curved end of a hammer (the part you use to remove nails) to help me reattach a few of the cords that came off during shipment. It took a little muscle but doable. I cautiously used it this morning for the first time. I didn't want to re-injure my foot so took it easy. I put on a collection of music on Spotify for rebounders and bounced without my feet leaving the rebounder. Plus it's something new and I didn't want to go flying off! I thought of bouncing for only a song or two but ended up going five! It was so much fun! This is definitely something I will be adding to my normal exercise routine once my foot has completely healed. And I'm glad I spent the extra and got a quality one. I'm happy with my purchase. I also contacted customer service as the included DVD had cracked and was unusable. They were very quick to respond and offered me an extra workout DVD to make up for the inconvenience. Update 6-23-20 Iโm now using my trampoline 5-6 days a week. I usually bounce for 30 minutes and then do floor exercises and stretches for another 15 min or so. After warming up on the trampoline I add a pair 1.5 # weights then later increase to a pair of 3# weights. Using hand weights on a trampoline feels much heavier than when stationary. The trampoline is holding up extremely well. I decided I prefer doing my own moves instead of using a DVD. I adjust my movements to the beat of the current song on Spotify. I used exercise videos for years but now this is my preferred way to exercise. It always puts me in a good mood. I will say I have never been able to fold the trampoline to put it away. Itโs just impossible for me to do. My husband can but itโs not easy. So I simply fold the legs in and store it not folded. That part needs a design change. Otherwise Iโm still 100% happy with my purchase and am so glad I purchased it. And I found out early on, if youโre a female, youโll need a good sport support type bra. One you would use while running. 10-2022 Still loving the rebounder and impressed how sturdy it is. No issues and it looks like the day I bought it. I now mix my routines using the rebounder every other workout and Jessica Smith workout videos in between. This has been one of my favorite purchases on Amazon and I buy a lot here.

Looking forward to feeling the results, but ny kid LOVES IT!
I received my Fit Bounce very quickly and during a very rough personal time. I have not yet been able to fully experience the benefits of this product but I wanted to start my review to say a few things: 1) my 7 year old daughter LOVES it! And says it does wonders for her extra energy...she is somewhat hyper and I felt this may help....so happy it does! 2) opening the Fit Bounce up to set up was not so easy the first time and I had some difficulty. Actually my partner did it for me and he said it was like dealing with a Bear Trap! The second time I did it and it was not that hard but not so simple that you would want to stow it away every time. You will need some space to keep it out and open. Apartment dwellers may find that to be an issue. 3). It is extremely quiet and seems very stable which I like. I do wish it had come with a bar for stabilizing, but perhaps this is something that can be purchased later. 4) I look forward to seeing how daily use will assist me in losing weight and keeping myself healthy. As of yet I really have not had the time to use it enough. I do plan to do a follow up review later which I'm sure will be more valuable to potential customers. All in all a solid product with excellent customer service. I would certainly recommend this for those looking for new ways to increase your excercise and your fun! And definitely a good thing for the kids, but I would suggest parental supervision so your child does not jump off and into hard objects around your house!

I still like this rebounder after using over the last 6 years
I spent a lot of time researching rebounders and it was important to me to get a good quality one. However, I could not justify spending $700+. I'm very happy with the Life Fit Bounce PRO. I like that it came all assembled. My husband and I opened it (you do need 2 people) and he had to re-attach some of the bungees, but that was not hard. I like that the legs fold in and it's very portable since it folds in half and has a carrying case. The price is much more affordable than the top-of-the-line I had been looking at, and It appears to be of very good quality. It gives the right amount of bounce and the bungees are sturdy. Years ago I had one with metal springs and I am impressed with how quiet this one is with the bungees. So far, I am well pleased with it and plan to use it daily. UPDATE: I was looking forward to daily rebounding. After rebounding for 2 days (just the basic health bounce) I have bad back pain. My back hurts while bouncing and for hours afterward. I used to walk 5 miles a day with no problems but I believe the rebounder is putting too much pressure on my vertebrae. Iโm afraid Iโm going to have to return it. I still believe this is a good rebounder but just doesnโt work for me. UPDATE on 8/10/25: lol I still have this rebounder 6 years later and I use it 20-30 minutes daily. So, needless to say I had decided to keep and got over my back pain. The quality is great, having used it regularly for all these years with no issues. The only sign of wear is the lettering has faded a bit. I looked it up and was glad itโs still available because Iโm looking at buying a second one for my other home (Iโm a snowbird). I highly recommend to others as itโs proved itself for me over these years. I bumped up mt original 4 stars to 5.

Sturdy, Taut, Excellent!
At first I wasn't sure rebounding would be an exercise that I would stick to. So I started by buying a $50 rebounded, just to see if I could make it a habit and if it would be a habit worth having (with results). I liked my $50 rebounder and couldn't imagine what a more expensive one could offer that would be better. But I really needed one that folded since I live in a tiny apartment in the city. The reviews on this rebounder were higher than any I've seen, so I took a chance. Let me tell you... this was the best investment I've made for my health. This rebounder far surpasses my $50 one in that the mat is taut and the bounce is high with little effort. It doesn't make a sound. It doesn't give me back and knee pain (my last one did, I thought I was just out of shape... nope, it was the poor quality of the rebounder). The frame on this one is SOLID. It folds EASILY. It is superb quality. I can't believe what I've been missing out on. If you care about your health and really want the benefits of rebounding, this rebounder is WORTHY of your investment. You will not regret this purchase. I was looking for a way to improve my cardiovascular health, circulation health... not only that, but after a couple weeks of bouncing 10 - 20 minutes a day, I lost all my stomach fat and "love handles"... then I started to see my hips and thighs slim down and my calves look more defined. On top of that, bouncing on this thing makes me giddy like a child - it's so fun and it makes me happy (I'm in my 50's!). So is your health worth the investment? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Go for it!

Exercising made easy!
Even though I struggle with finding motivation to exercise, the Fit Bounce Pro has completely transformed my workout routine. As someone who always reads reviews before making an online purchase, I am thrilled that I decided to buy the Fit Bounce Pro! Initially, the price was a bit out of my budget, but the rave reviews from other customers convinced me otherwise. Upon delivery, the product was exactly as described, and the fact that it can be folded away is a convenient feature. The high-quality manufacturing and sturdy construction were crucial factors in my decision to choose the Fit Bounce Pro (FBP). Although it was a bit expensive at first, I was delighted to find that the product is now on sale for 35% off, making it the perfect time to invest in the FBP! Additionally, the company has a great reputation and provides excellent customer service. Recently, I bought the product just before their big end-of-year sale and reached out to the seller through Amazon messages to request a refund of the difference in sale price due to financial hardship and missing the sale date by a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised when the seller refunded me the difference as a gesture of goodwill! I truly enjoy using the product and have already seen positive changes in my body with just 10-20 minutes of use per day. Exercising has become fun for me, and I feel fantastic afterwards. The included DVD eliminates any guesswork in my workouts, and there are plenty of online resources for additional workout routines. For my own convenience as a beginner, I also purchased the stability bar, which has been a great addition to my workout experience. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend the Fit Bounce Pro to anyone looking to improve their fitness routine.

Lots of fun!
It's wonderful! I've had lots of fun already in the week since I bought it. I keep being drawn to it because it's great... The feeling of briefly being suspended in the air is so unique and jolly to be honest. I'm 50 and I'm a bit squeamish going for a jog in the rain or wind before work. But I find it so much easier to warm up on the rebounder so quickly in the morning before breakfast, plus more convenient. It takes the pressure and tension from my back and neck after a day at work, just as well. It's turdy, very well built and quiet. It's big enough but not too huge. I love that it folds and the legs get out of the way speedily, but I'm keeping mine open on stand by, so glad I dared to get this!

This is a fantastic item!
I've just finished unpacking this rebounder, so my review is based on first impressions only. It comes packaged very well, nothing loose inside, everything is snug. The nylon carry bag is comes in in sturdy. Very thick and solid and well made. Very attractive looking as well, all black. Beautiful! My first impression of the rebounder is that is looks sleek. All I saw was black shiny materials and thought "Wow, this looks great!" VERY easy to unfold alone, and I say this as someone with multiple injuries (will get to that later!). It opens rather easily, has a small window of added tension but pushes through that to snap open completely. It has a very smooth opening and locking mechanic, unlike my previous rebounder that squawked relentlessly until it literally BOINKED into a locked position, which felt very jarring. **Just make sure you move the locking pins out of the way before you open it**. The legs lock into place easily and feel very sturdy, next to no wiggle at all. Solid 10/10 for aesthetics and ease of assembly. I had previously bought a different rebounder and there are a couple of differences I noticed right away that are worth mentioning. It sits much higher off the ground than I'm used to, a full 12 inches. If you have stability or balance issues and think this may be an issue, I'd strongly recommend purchasing the stability bar for this unit. Also, the jumping mat is smaller than my previous rebounder; the width (without the protective skirt) is only 25.5 inches. If you're used to a larger jumping area this will be an adjustment. The noise difference is also noticeable. Even after only a month, the spring model was very squeaky, especially when doing the very basic "health bounce". The FitBounce is virtually silent, with the only sound heard is that of your feet hitting the mat. Big plus for me, living in an apartment AND working night shift; now my downstairs neighbours won't hate me! Now, the bounce. Oh, the bounce. I had previously owned a very popular, highly rated model from Amazon that was spring based. It was nice, and enjoyable, but I always felt achy afterwards. For the average, everyday person it's most likely perfectly fine. However,' I have nerve damage in my L5, a meniscus tear in my left knee and tendonitis/bursitis/chronic inflammation in my right knee, and had so much pain after a session, even with only a few minutes of bouncing. The bounce on the FitBounce is soft and... delicate? It just feels so smooth and easy compared to a spring model. It feels like one continuous motion bouncing up and down. Really, really comfortable. Even after one session I can notice a difference. I rarely splurge on anything. I'll generally go for the cheap model and spend ages trying to convince myself that it's "probably just as good as the more expensive version". This is one time I wish I had spent the money the first time.
