This is a great product for the most part, great durabale quality. We bought it for my son with autism for his sensory needs. However, for us, it was way too big. We didn't have a high enough place to hang it outside nor in the house. I would prefer it to be smaller and not so tall. Not sure why it is so tall to begin with, because you are not suppose to stand in it. Also, the metal ring slipped out from the fabric in the front and tugged on the only string holding it in place. The material slipping under the ring became a safety issue. There needs to be more height in the material in the entrance and an actual sleeve for the ring to slip through. I called the company and they we very helpful and took my concerns and complaints into consideration for making a better and more desirable product. For now, we are returning this one but will be purchasing the smaller version when it becomes available in the near future.

Diameter of the fabric along the bottom was not nearly close enough to match the diameter of the ring- sat in it once and a huge hole tore however a friend owns the same product and we love it, we take it to festivals to use instead of a tent as well as we have a mount set up in our TVs room for it! The customer service is incredible- responds are prompt

This was the perfect birthday gift for my 12 year old. Enjoying hanging out in the pod reading books, watching movies with doggie or a friend. Hangs great in the basement during cold weather months.

Very disappointed. This ripped and fell with my nephew inside. He didn't jump in or swing in it. He was sitting. Luckily he didn't hurt himself, however, he is only 50lbs. I anchored it safely onto the tree, but it ripped from the fabric. I wish I could return this item.

How can I contact the manufacturer? My daughter was so excited for us to finally hang this in her room and absolutely loved it. She set it all up with a bunch of pillows and took a nap in it the first day it was up. But, the metal support rod bent the 2nd time my daughter used it. This caused the pod to completely collapse and is unusable. My daughter is devastated. Help!

My 7 year old loves this. We have it indoors for the time being. We will hang it outdoors once the weather warms up. Very durable. Holds him and myself (125lbs) easily. Very spacious!

Bought this for my kids and they love it. It's a good size and can fit one adult and a kid or two kids.

Bought this hammock for the kids and they absolutely love it. I just installed it and I can’t seem to get them out. They keep fighting over who gets to use it first, good thing its large enough for 2 of them at least. Thanks Panda Pod, my kids are officially living life like a panda.
