This table is beyond awesome!!! If your decor is rustic it is BEAUTIFUL👍

I’m a huge fan of trees – so I’m in love with all things “tree” and just had to get one of these. I’m not disappointed. But one issue right off the bat: note, the colors of the one pictured in all the photos on the Amazon product page are NOT accurate. The top of the one I received is a very light tan color meant to resemble wood (see photo) vs. the dark gray pictured on the product page. While the tan color might be an attempt to make it look more realistic, it also cheapens it. It’s obvious this is a faux product – no one will mistake this for a real stump. So the one pictured on the product page in all gray tones makes it look more like a piece of furniture. The tan-topped one I received makes it look more like a prop – something you’d use in a theater production for a fake stump.But for outdoor use, I think it’s great. I placed it on my deck and almost immediately, one of my dogs commandeered it as his new favorite lookout spot (see photo). It’s hefty – weighing in at just under 20 pounds, so it won’t blow around in high winds or tip over from kids playing on it. It can be used as a stand (e.g., for a planter), as a stool/seat, or as a side table. Perhaps in the right rustic cottage or mountain home, this could fit well as a piece of furniture – just note it won’t be in all gray tones as pictured on the product page.

This is funny because I wanted this but now I'm having a hard time with where to place it. It's not a real stump so some of its authenticity as a living room table is diminished. Kinda like those fake synthetic cowhides, you don't really want one on the living room floor.I have this stump in our wood-paneled rustic tack room right now by a small sofa because a tack room can have fake things, it's just saddles and bridles with a seating area and small tv to watch horse DVDs.It's not super heavy at all but heavy enough that it is perfectly sturdy. The price seems OK if you need a fake stump. And at least the bark won't fall off this one. I like it a lot but as I said have a real plan for it. I think maybe in a cabin it would be super.

Pictured with my 3 year old sitting on it,I don’t think of myself as someone who would buy a fake stump but I find this a useful piece of outdoor furniture and it looks nice and is much lighter and easier to move than a real stump. It’s very useful and it blends well with the environment.I deducted a star because the top of the stump is painted a much lighter color than in the product photo.

This is for a child's woodland-themed bedroom, and it is just perfect as a night stand. It's beefy enough to be a sturdy nightstand, and would also be well suited to a display stand.The picture looks pretty fake (our application is kind of kitschy, so that wasn't a deal-breaker), but it's surprisingly realistic looking in person. This is the rare case of an item looking dramatically better in real life. We actually gasped when we opened it. The only unanswered question is how well it will hold up over time, but especially for the price, right out of the package, I couldn't be happier.

I really love this Ball&Cast faux wood end table. First of all it is solid with some weight to it. Really looks like a bit of a tree trunk. Level top great to place drinks or decorations on. Dark color blends well with my earth toned decorative style. Very pleased with the quality and looks of this lovely end table.

This stool/end table is amazing. The quality is so fabulous. It’s not just functional but also a work of art and it adds ambiance to our pool area paired with some Adirondack chairs. It is very sturdy. I am over the moon happy with this stool, it would also be great by the fire pit!

This is a nice end table, my children are surprisingly obsessed with it.
