Was looking for a good b complex product and I found it. It has a citrus'y flavor to it with a little bit of zip that I don't mind at all. Actually feel a bit more energized after taking this. I haven't noticed any other effects for now but if I'm getting all my B's plus increased energy, that is enough for me to keep going with it. 5 Stars for noticeable difference in energy, great taste and relatively low cost compared to other high end competitors.
