Q: Will this work on a 99 Nissan frontier 2wd

According to Orion motor it will work on all 2 Wheel Drive light trucks. I have used it on my 2008 Chevy Colorado. I do not have a problem with it.

Q: Doesn't work on dodge dana 44 upper ball joints to install them cups too tall tool doesn't fit at all?

Okay, go to hardware store, ask for a 2" nuckel in plumbing , short as you can find. If not short enough, cut some off. I have done this after talking to a brake man.

I used it on my 2010 2500 so I would think it will work on yours
