The oil does a freat job revitalizing some of the life in the beard, as well as capture moisture lost during the washing process. Can't say much about the applicator as I tend to use a decent amount when needed, due to the amount of beard. Great smell for the both of them, and not overly greasy wax. The combo pair very well with lots of fragrances, so at their price together, very appreciated purchase. Products from the company have always been pretty fantastic, aside from the fact I've a tendency to lose my brushes.

This is a nice kit -- the sandalwood scent is genuinely pleasant without being overpowering, and it does exactly what it promises. My beard is noticeably softer and easier to tame since I started using it. Simple, effective, and smells good. What more do you want from a beard kit? Recommend.

For Christmas I got the vanilla beard oil and loved the scent so much I opted to buy the beard butter. It smells more like a sugar cookie to me but that’s fine. I foolishly ordered the beard oil and balm instead and let me tell you, no buyers remorse here. The oil is splendid obviously, but the balm is so good. Nice scent, good hold, and doesn’t feel heavy on my face. I will be buying this again.

Both the oil and the balm work well. The balm will last all day keeping things from itching. The oil needs to be reapplied, so I only use it at night. The sandlewood has a nice scent. Not overpowering. I gave it a 4 due to the tiny size of the balm. Not sure how long it will last. Wish it was bigger. Photos are deceiving. Otherwise I would buy the balm again.

This is my go to brand for beard care they always have a good price and the smell is great plus it makes the beard look good.

It's fine. The oder is very subtle, and dissipates very quickly. I only wear it if I don't want to have anyone else know I have it on. It's mostly something I wear when I'm on my own. Makes my beard feel nice though.

I will start by saying they are both a really good products. They make my beard feel great. My skin is very reactive but this does not cuase issues at all. The balm is good and helps keep the beard in shape. The only down side is the beard oil does not smell good. Its like an old oil smell. I understand this is unscented but it does not smell good. It goes away quickly but its there for a few minutes. Otherwise this would be a 5 star all day long.
