Seems well made and has a case
I have a similar product that fits either upper or lower, I prefer upper and wish they had this item to fit either. It appears to be really solid and well made. Unfortunately I am not good at following directions so I will use as is, seems like it will be very comfortable and I love that it is made to last and has a storage case. If you are used to molded items - this is not but is made to fit most if not all mouths. It most likely won't fit your last tooth but you don't need it to, this style of guard can be used on any placement that feels comfortable. Give it a wk or two before freaking out - it is a different style from previous guards. UPDATE - this can be worn on the top teeth and fit the connecting piece under the upper lip - for me that is more comfortable. So if you find this biting your lower gums - flip it to fit your upper teeth and there ya go - more comfy for me. Play with this - it is customizable and very comfy once you find your fit.

take heed, fellow grinders.
this is the worst sleepright mouthguard in the line, hence the low price. if you’re trying to replace one of the other versions, maybe go to the website bc i’m only seeing this one on amazon, hence my having one to review. - the bitepads are insanely narrow, so your teeth could slide off while you sleep thanks to grinding back n forth on a shoestring french fry-width rectangle. - the bitepad position is not adjustable; neither up/down slant nor forward/backward slide. - the bitepad itself is thin, like dentek (which is, in my humble opinion, a terrible brand compared to the “high-end” versions of sleepright). it’s also hard-hard. it genuinely hurts my teeth. - the front strap piece (for a lack of better word) that holds the two sides in place swoops downward extremely far, causing discomfort where my lip meets my gum below my front teeth. like, it feels as though it’s literally bruising me as i write this (which i hope is just a dramatic interpretation). i received this product today. i have to use it tonight bc it’s better than nothing. barely. i just ordered a better version directly from the manufacturer and i’ll check cv* tomorrow, since walgr**ns seems to have discontinued the line. all observations have been made in real-time. at this point i’m actually debating not even using it tonight. my ish hurrrts. i’ve had the guard in my mouth for maybe half an hour. if you’re still considering procuring this product, good luck to you. big yikes from me but you do you. sometimes we have to learn from experience rather than the wisdom of others who’ve tread the path before us. godspeed.

It worked!! Got rid of my TMJ!
What can I say....it is not fun enduring the pain of TMJ (caused by my night grinding). My ENT told me to get a mouth guard, and when I researched the variety of brands out there, this one made the most sense to me. It is very lightweight (not bulky like some of ther others), it is adjustable, and the material looks durable. It stays clean if you rinse it and brush it. Sure, it is not a pleasure to have this thing in your mouth, but, it is more comfortable than the bulky ones (which I had tried in the past). After about 3-4 weeks of using it, the TMJ subsided. I am a satisfied customer of this product.

Not the greatest fit for small mouth/frenula but making it work
I had a device fitted by my dentist , but stopped using it because I didn’t like consuming plastic pieces. I was good for about a year, but started grinding and getting daily headaches again, so I got this device as a stand in while I wait for a hemp device. On the smallest setting, it still pooches out my lower lip when worn as described, so I am unable to keep my mouth closed while wearing it. So it wouldn’t be great if I snored or side slept (drooling). It got a little more fitted as I slept, but I have an attached lower gum frenulum, so the connector piece was starting to dig into it and cause gum discomfort. I flipped it around and find it is more comfortable to wear the other direction with the connector piece resting on the outside of my top lip, since I can’t keep my mouth closed anyway (see photos). My mouth does feel better and no headache today, so it did its job. The plastic is more rigid so I think there would be less plastic consumption, but it does still have a plasticky taste that isn’t the best.

Just right
So i have an ishew with grinding my teeth n my molers r half destroyed. started wearing mouth gards at night. Realizing I was still doing it during the day I started to look for something I could leave in n talk with out always taking it out. This is perfict its just wide enough for me to fill them n stop grinding n the peace that holds it together can sit in your upper or lower gum aria speach is not bothered n I only need to take them out to eat. Thanks to the creaters

Not perfect, but not bad!
I am trying different products to help me with my clenching and teeth grinding. I am trying to avoid paying $500 for a mouth guard from the dentist. First I had tried a classic boil and bite mouth guard, which worked well except I’m a total mouth breather at night and it blocked my air flow. This was the next thing I tried. Keep in mind, this is a cheap option and it’s not customized, so I already knew it wouldn’t be totally perfect. It’s definitely small, and the adjustment doesn’t really make it much bigger. I’d say it is just barely big enough to work for me at the biggest adjustment, I’m a woman in my 30s with a somewhat big head/jaw. At first it seemed really flimsy and I felt like there was no way it would stay in place or be comfortable. The instructions say to let it sit in your mouth for a bit so your body temp heats it up and makes it flex. I decided to pop it in and see if it would be comfortable while I was just hanging out in the day time. It definitely got more comfortable after being in my mouth for a big, and seemed to mold to my mouth a little bit. I’m excited to sleep with it tonight to see if it stays all night. Though it’s not perfect, I don’t necessarily regret trying it. A customized mouth guard would likely be more comfortable, but it would be 25x the cost of this product. Worth trying if you’re looking for a budget solution.

SUPERIOR NIGHT GUARD!!
Ive been grinding my teeth so hard lately, my fillings are coming out. I had to find a quick fix, tried a disposable flexible silicone guard similar to this, but it fell out during the night often & i still woke up with headaches. I found SleepRight Select-Comfort Night Guard, it had good reviews, lasts much longer than the disposable ones & was under $20.00 I read all of the instructions and found that it was also adjustable to fit the size of your mouth & came with a storage case. With the photos provided, i was able get the perfect fit quite easily. I put it in 30 minutes before going to sleep as instructed & woke up the next morning with no headache and it was in tact. Ive had custom made ones in the past, they are very uncomfortable & expensive. This is a great value, even the disposable ones i used were more expensive & had to have back up ones in case i lost one while sleeping. With this one, i wont have to worry about having back ups. This is extremely comfortable to wear. The silicone connector feels non-existent and the bite wings, will even tilt over time to match the way you hold your jaw during your sleep and it only took my 1 night to get used to this style of night guard. If you are in the market for a mouth guard, i highly recommend this one, it is economical, comfy and long lasting.

Not for people with larger mouths
I am a heavy night grinder/clencher. I recently had some dental work done (due to cracks in my teeth that formed when I went two months without a custom fitted night guard). Now I am waiting for my new custom fitted night guard, but obviously I need something in the mean time. I had used another brand that is similar to this and adjustable, but not very comfortable. So I tried this. Well, it is more comfortable but it definitely is not big enough to protect my teeth as it should. I have a large frame and therefore a large jaw. When I adjust this guard to the biggest size, it still barely reaches to my back molars, and the curve on the guard is so spread out to the side that the rubber bite pads are not sitting on the correct angle/plane on my teeth and slide off to the side. These would be perfect if they were actually adjustable more than the very small amount they are. Unfortunately, I will have to go back to using the other less comfortable brand because they at least fit my jaw.
