This is to prevent nerve, tissue, and skin damage. You can continue wearing the ice pack longer than this as it has an absorbent pad as well that is useful during postpartum healing. **Q: What's the trick to open these things? The inner pouch just won't pop... Very frustrating...** A: We recommend feeling around for the pouch of liquid inside and folding just at that area. Once you feel the pouch of liquid it would be easier to pop and shake around for the cold reaction to occur ## Frequently Bought Together - ICEWRAPS Instant Postpartum Pads for Women After Birth - Perineal Ice Packs for Postpartum Care - 12 Individually Wrapped for Your Postpartum Essentials Kit - Frida Mom Postpartum Disposable Knickers | 100% Cotton, Microfibre Boyshort Cut Knickers with Super Soft, Stretchy and Breathable Fabric | Size Regular, 8ct - Frida Mom Witch Hazel Perineal Healing Foam for Postpartum Care: Cooling Pain Relief and Hemorrhoid Treatment, 5 Fl Oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/436117083-icewraps-instant-postpartum-pads-for-women-after-birth-perineal-ice](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/436117083-icewraps-instant-postpartum-pads-for-women-after-birth-perineal-ice) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
