Seems good for a higher quality brand and value. My Mother did mentioned she'd like if had iodine RDA amount. Otherwise, she wasn't so keen to using.

I finally started growing stronger nails after 90 days of taking this supplement. It took nearly 6 months to grow my nails out completely.

Not Sure About Inclusion of Iron for 50+
This multivitamin for women 50+ caught my eye as the supplement contains many nutrients in liposomal form, making them more likely absorbed. Also, I was impressed that it contains methylated folate and B12, making them easily absorbed. However, I’m a bit concerned with the inclusion of Iron, as that is not typically recommended for post menopausal women. I have not found any current studies recommending iron supplementation for post menopausal women.
