I absolutely love this lemon ginger herbal tea. It has a great taste and worked well for me and my family in trying to fight off a cold. Steeping this tea bag gives off an aroma that is powerful that also helps with congestion while sipping.

This tea is calming but uplifting with the pronounced ginger. It has no caffeine, so it won’t keep you up at night. . It is a great alternative to decaf black tea, which has been my standby in the evenings.

I was surprised when I first had this. To me it was spicy hot. I did not like. Than second cup it grew on me. I love it. Add some Ceylon Cinnamon and lemon its very good. It helps stop my cough. But stay away from regular cinnamon. Ceylon Cinnamon helps regulate Blood Pressure too. If your not on blood pressure meds and pressure runs little high this is great stuff. Read about it before you try.

So far the best tea I have found to settle an upset stomach. This tea does a better job than TUMS has ever done, and I get a nice drink out of it instead of the aftertaste of TUMS. I like the smell and the lemon adds a nice touch. Also I can drink it at night without worrying about caffeine.
